Purple Garden Hotel

Giving my honest review since I was fooled by others’ good reviews. The room is smelly. It’s like staying at an old motel. Bed is squeaky and stiff. No in-room wifi. Paid for 5 nights, checked out after 2 nights. We ended up booking another 3-star hotel, but the difference was night and day! The other hotel had free yummy breakfast & a comfortable bed. So glad we ditched this hotel.

Management refused to refund the unused nights. We were willing to pay for the nights we stayed but don’t feel it’s justified that we couldn’t get a refund for the unused nights. The hotel is misleading, claiming it’s 3 stars when it’s not even close.

Bottom line: Avoid staying here if you can. You can find way more cost-friendly hotels at much higher quality. I’m glad I was able to.

Room smells bad, hot water was spotty, bed was so uncomfortable. Worst stay I had. Requested for a partial refund but management unwilling to help.

I came to the hotel at 06: 30 in the afternoon when I was going to enter the room. I saw my room was still being cleaned by the hotel clerk.it's already 06: 30 why is the room still not ready to use? It should be 3 pm the room that has been ordered must be clean & empty until hotel guests arrive.really disappointed me.when I checked in the hotel clerk should have told me that the room had not been cleaned.but apparently not.the location of the hotel is very strategic close to R4 & R3 MRT. Zhongshan Metromall.there is also a familymart next door.very practical but please improve the service more.

Location cannot be better, it's right next to MRT and Metro Mall. Hotel personal is very friendly, open to solving problems. Sometimes communication in English is problem, but they are always willing to help. Good thing is to mainly communicate through the messages so they can prepare answer. Hotel itself is OK, sometimes there is only cold water but regarding to very cheap price, it's not that big problem and in 90% it's working. Generally I would recommend it!

跟老婆提早一天坐高鐵來住宿，剛好離淡水捷運中山站一百公尺，順遊淡水和中正紀念堂，明天走路進中山地下街進台北車站搭機場捷運。
這家地點超好，隔壁二家全家便利商店，離京站購物商城和巴士轉運站一百公尺。
前面二十公尺內就在中山站接台北車站地下街四號和五號電梯旁，明天早上六點可直接進地下街走平路拖三個登機箱，不用過好幾個馬路路口，就可搭桃園機場捷運，去check in 09：15華航直飛雅加達班機。
以等飛機或來北部旅遊，若只第四台冰箱冷氣盥洗器具洗澡睡覺購物逛街基本功能過夜，附近數家無窗戶套房都二千多元，這家算Cp值高的。

拖鞋不是一次性的真的非常噁心，你也不確定他們的清理方式，有些可能會有味道非常建議更換成一次性
門是傳統鑰匙也很不方便
舊舊的基本上就是地點非常方便
但沒有交誼廳也沒有洗衣服就是非常基礎的睡覺地方
另外 熱水出得非常慢光著身子站了五分鐘才有還有點忽冷忽熱
基本上只會住一次

意外地發現有這間住宿的，還好在我離家出走時能找到便宜的睡一晚，洗澡水不會忽冷忽熱的，但好像要先轉左邊放下水在右邊才不會太熱，浴室內的衛生紙放的位置不好拿，沐浴用品放在抽堤這點不是很好，都把衣服脱了很冷才出去找，放在浴室內就好，電視有第四台也不會不清楚，這點很讚，充電只能在化粧台，如果要邊看手機邊充就要坐在椅子上，要離開的時候發現被子有血汚漬

我是12/16休息12小然後11/17住到11/20的住客 希望能提前退房退錢 已住天數再少一半可接受
麻煩盡快

1. 態度很差勁 原本住不習慣定了四天想要提前退房退錢不用退到全部退一半就好
偏偏不讓說，經理說不行
後我請他找經理出來有什麼事我承擔但是他就是不把經理找出來然後我打總公司的電話也沒有人接聽，說是單一分店根本沒有人能處理

2. 設備老舊浴室有非常多的水孶窗戶也非常的髒
3. 電視我並沒有使用過不知道是好是壞

4. 有可以掛襯衫外套的地方但是只有四格

5. 我有朋友來幫我搬東西但是她卻在11點前把他趕走禁止訪客進來 他們並沒有要入住 我也有承諾他們並不會吵鬧但是他卻堅決不讓他們進來 一樣甩鍋給經理

6. 天花板用的是舊式冷氣忽冷忽熱圖片存證

7. 浴室洗手台底下管線老舊並且是透明的但是並不會影響到洗手功能

8. 內有冰箱 正常可使用

9. 櫃檯人員對於訪客的身分調查過於侵犯隱私 我的訪客並沒有逗留太久 只有拿東西而已

10. 空間格局都是木頭觀感還不錯就是有點老舊插座也很夠用不會跳電 空間舒適

11. 如果髮質敏感的人建議自備洗髮精沐浴乳以及潤髮精，習慣擦乳液的人請記得攜帶

12房間是老式建築但有重新裝修，but 水質還是不太好可以跟樓下房務人員要礦泉水

13. 沒有停車位但附近有付費停車場

14. 是雙人床而不是雙人加大兩人睡太擠，而且如果是一個人訂房別人不能進來過夜（過夜的標準是11點喔）

15. 梳妝鏡很大很乾淨很漂亮很好看適合化妝吹風機是普通便宜吹風機建議自備

16. 浴室乾濕分離
但是裡外兩個門都是壞掉的並
沒有辦法關緊！會一直彈開來
外面的那一個門還是整條線都掉了不知道是每一間都這樣還是剛好我住的這間
但是排水溝設計得很良好水都會往排水溝的方向流不會積水

馬桶用一次就堵塞，入住前有先打電話有沒有洗衣機，使用後根本是壞的，等了一個小時把我衣服泡得濕濕的根本沒在洗，和櫃檯反應後上來一個印尼腔很重的房務：剛我說也沒用，我也不會搞呀，就走掉了！害我半夜12點拖著全濕的衣服走超遠去洗衣店洗！

飯店座落的地點非常方便， 離捷運中山站很近， 走出去就是當代藝術館， 附近也有很多美食，有精緻的也有平價的，整體機能非常好。
旅館24小時有人看守，出門要把鑰匙放在櫃檯再離開。有一個限重200公斤的電梯，行李多的話大概只能搭載兩個人，不然就會超重。
房間整潔，浴室維持的也不錯，不過旅館的屋齡應該是很久了，屋況不是太好，門鎖晃動，隔音也不太好。住房當天隔壁和對面兩房動靜有點大，笑聲和叫聲一直到半夜一點方歇，年輕人就是體力好。

If you've read the other posts it's clear location ranks highly. This is one of the best situated hotels I've stayed at. Exit R4 or R5 in the underground mall will get out out of the main station or Zhongshan on the red line respectively. <br/>You'd better like firm beds as the mattress would rank an easy 9 on the Moh's hardness scale. The bathroom walls are just frosted glass that don't go all the way down so you can see your partner's feet while they're taking a dump. They clean the room and provide new towels daily. There is a coin laundry on the 6th floor. <br/>It was super annoying to have to return the key everyone you went out. It feels like someone can just walk up and say your room number to get access. No ID required and always someone different at the desk.

Friendly staff and an excellent location in a good part of town. Easy access to two train stations close by for weary travellers.

中低價位，地點鄰近交通站。Conveniently located near bus hub and train station. Price is affordable. 飯店有電梯，是說小電梯很慢，用爬樓梯還比較快。The elevator is really slow, so it is better to go up through stairs. 該有的都有，房間有前位房客的頭髮，沒有打掃的很乾淨就是，冰箱不會冷。I found some hairs left by previous customer, and the fridge is not functioning properly. 若需臨時便宜住一晚，不要求品質，這裡是不錯。 If you need a temporary stay, it is a good choice.
