Mid January. I slept with the air conditioner turned off, so it wasn't cold and it was perfect.
Perhaps because it was a weekday visit, it was quiet.
There are no bugs and it is clean.
It's not a new hotel, but it looks a bit old.

The room was musty at first. There was blood on the shower walls. Unsure if it's human or supernatural, but we left in the middle of the night since they didn't have an alternative room for us to switch to. Other than that, rooms are spacious.

我们订的房间有浴缸，电视很大，也很多节目，可惜不够时间看。房间有点暗，如果可以亮点就好。最棒的是可以免费洗衣服。早餐主菜每天都不一样。
东门市场就在附近，很好逛，也很多美食在附近，永康街也是。

Fantastic quarantine hotel.
It was probably the fanciest room I've ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, the breakfast, lunch and dinner were plenty to keep me full and an introduction to various Taiwanese dishes, though I unfortunately don't know the names of any of them.
What's more, I asked them nicely and they provided an exercise bike for me to use for the duration of my stay, which made a massive difference. I was worried about spending a whole week being sedentary, but instead I'm coming out with some slightly more toned legs:)

房間超大（我的有客廳），床鋪超大又舒適（每天一覺到天亮），環境乾淨，隔音良好，服務熱忱（在line上提出的要求與諮詢都會立即反饋）, 另外我的房間有三個大窗戶（房間一點也不暗）。目前下一趟出差已經確定是新加坡，如需要的話我還是首選“金來”這樣我才能好好休息。

This is the first time I stayed at quarantine hotel since Covid.

I booked this hotel whilst overseas; the booking process is straight forward and trouble free.

Upon we arrived and stayed, we were so amazed by the cleanliness of the room, toilet and bathroom. We also appreciated of the meal quality it prepared and provided. Besides, the hotel also provided free WIFI access.

The meal was tasted and always arrived on time.

The customer service is prompt and great, and always responds to my requests shortly.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

2年半沒有回到台灣、配合3+4政策、要帶著2位小皮蛋一起在飯店打滾、所以想找一間房間大、設備佳價錢又合理的飯店。想到以前日本友人來台時曾經入住過金來、評價很不錯。所以這次上網查了一下、剛好有含三餐的特惠專案、立馬訂下想要的房型。
我有要求房間的床兩張合併、一大2小非常足夠。衛浴也很乾淨寬敞。入住的這幾天餐點都有變化、有飯有麵也有水果、早餐的飲料也可以選擇。入住期間若有什麼需要的備品、飯店人員都會立刻送來。
這次入住防疫飯店的經驗很滿意、以後若還有機會的話會再選擇這裡入住！

I stayed at this quarantine hotel during the 3+4 duration in August.background: i was a regular guest at the Royal Biz before the pandemic.i stayed here at least once a month from 2008 to March 2020 just before the pandemic hit.i loved the service which was perfect.hence, i booked the Royal Biz for my quarantine stay.however, my stay during the quarantine was a huge disappointment.the key issue: staff are cold and unfriendly.when we arrived at the hotel for check-in, we do not know that the front entrance cannot be used and guests must enter thru the side entrance. Point (a) : the lady staff who saw us at the front entrance gave very curt 'instructions': "leave your luggage outside and go by the side entrance" and she then walked off.there were so many question marks in our mind such as how about our luggage? And we asked her for clarification and she appear impatient.
Point (b) : the entry to the side entrance is a safety hazard and an accident waiting to happen.the height where one needs to 'climb up' is unusually high.so what the hotel did was to place two pieces of bricks on the floor to act as a step-up.however, even with the bricks the height is still too high.so those reading this pleased be warned.when my wife and i contacted the front desk, 9 out of 10 times, the reply from the front desk staff was very curt and it appear to us that we were disrupting whatever that she was doing and hence the onus was on us to make sure we do not disturb her! When we checked out there was no pleasantries from the staff and its as if they have gotten rid of another quarantine guests.we do not expect them to go out of their way to treat every guests as a VIP but Taiwanese hotel are famous for their customer service so a basic 'thank you' would be nice.lastly, those reading this review should also take note that the Royal Biz hotel has only one passenger lift and this is only reserved for the hotel staff due to Covid safety measures.hence, you need to climb stairs to your room.good if you stay on Level 2.hence, it is not recommended for guest who have mobility issue to stay here.overall, i would not stay at the Royal Biz again for quarantine.the Royal Biz used to be good until it got managed by this current corporation. The hotel, until 2019, was managed by a person who owns it. In 2019, the owner decided to let the management of the hotel run by a hotel group.

飯店服務非常貼心，除了餐點菜色變化，讓人想期待下一餐，即使因工作在快篩陰的狀況下必須外出，也會貼心配合回房時間來將餐點保溫、搭配現煮熱咖啡，專業而窩心。以line保持聯繫，不但會在適當時間溫馨提醒，回覆疑問或需求也非常即時，令人安心。房間內提供充足的用品，有海綿刷與抹布供清潔，還有環保餐具、酒精及體溫計，輕鬆配合防疫。舒適的床、泡澡浴缸、以及窗外樹影綠意，解了出國洽公累積的一身疲憊。因防疫路線獨立，偶遇全身防護裝的飯店人員，感到心疼的同時，也對她們敬業的態度與客氣充滿感謝。整體而言，是令人安心與信任的飯店，也大大減輕了因公返國居檢期的壓力心情。很幸運選擇這裡來經驗第一次的居檢，也很感謝因防疫未曾謀面、卻又感到熟悉的飯店人員，在各方面體貼細心的照顧。感謝他們！

這間防疫旅館很讚而且附近可以點的外送蠻多
優點：
1. 食物好吃不太重複
2. 點外送都會很快送到
3. 房內設備與備品都很棒，尤其是浴室的所有設備
4. 有送不鏽鋼餐具洗衣精洗碗精，很環保
5. 窗戶可開
6. 可以借瑜伽墊
7. 服務佳，溝通有效率，回訊息超級快
8. 電視很大又很新

1. 插座沒有很多，尤其床附近，但辦公桌有
2. 住幾天後有點過敏但不確定原因

Super efficient customer service. Cleaning services come to the daily basis in the public areas which is good.
The hotel also provides a free digital thermometer once when checked-in and keep eyes on the tracking.

However, a bit of wear and tear noted on parts of the room, linens as well as a few of the electronic devices which could have been replaced prior to clients’ arrivals. It would be a bit more comfy if the facility could also provide a few of dishes or plates.

We quite enjoyed the meals that the hotel delivered to us. The overall service is good with affordable prices. Location is accessible to almost everything for us. Very friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay here during my 10-day quarantine in March. The hotel is comfortable, clean & modern. Food was delicious 3 times a day, & I also like having free morning coffee! I read these positive reviews before staying, and my experience lived up to my expectations too! Enjoy your stay!

只有一個問題，就是房間燈光的問題：我自己覺得太暗了 而且我現在第七天還不知道如何開每一盞燈。

在二年沒回國後，選擇金來商旅。
從入住前客服主動聯繫、任何問題也都很快速回覆。
入住後，Line客服回覆也很快速友善，三餐貼心提醒。

餐食配菜很用心，午餐餐餐雙主菜份量很足夠！
房間內設備，若以需要長時間待在房間內工作的使用者來說，除了燈光稍微不足，幾乎無可挑惕。插座方面如果是筆電一台，手機一部，插孔倒是也足夠的。若真的不夠，任何需要都可以跟櫃檯借！

床鋪寢具很好睡，軟硬適中！打掃很乾淨，大浴缸，乾濕分離、免治馬桶。備品飲用水補充很快。WiFi很順暢，網路工作、追劇等等都沒問題，對於飯店的公用網路上，沒有問題是快的！畢竟，公用網路本來就不能跟家用相比。

附近有東門市場，永康街也在不遠處，往後若有國外友人來台，是一間值得推薦的飯店。

先前 (2月份) 我的配偶也住過這間飯店。當時她的評價: 飯店提供的餐點種類非常豐富而有些便當由飯店廚師自己煮的, 非常好吃。房間也乾淨, 比較寬。因此, 我從日本返台時確定住這間。房間確實比較大, 乾淨非常好。餐點的部分, 剛入住幾天有幾次看起來在飯店煮的便當, 但後面幾乎都外帶便當了. 我不曉得廚師有甚麼狀況. 餐點的部分有一點令人失望。另外, Wi-fi的信號有一點不穩定。如果想在房間裡開視訊會議的話, 有一點斷線的可能性。其他沒有甚麼不滿意的地方, 透過Line聯絡時的櫃檯的反應也超級快, 服務真的很周到。給4顆星的主因是餐點的部分, 其他的部分可以給5顆星。

隔離一週，住得很開心。我特別喜歡以下幾個指標
1) 房間大 （我住的應是基本房型）
2) 隔音好（沒什麼噪音）
3) 食物好（菜色每天換，午餐尤其豐盛）
4) 服務好 （非常客氣，回應迅速）
5) 網路速度不錯 （開線上會議很順利）

回國選擇這隔離7天，很愉快的體驗，感覺時間一下就過了

稍微不足就是房內燈光較暗、馬路聲音、大車經過地面有震動感，可能房間在2樓比較明顯，其餘都很好！還有機會會再入住與推薦給親友

明白了什麼是緣份，從去年就想回台，因為第一次住防疫酒店，事前有做了一些功課，台北縣市就好多間，最後決定選擇了金來商旅。由於臨時有事，取消過一次，酒店方面的服務訊息都很快回覆，在18天前終於踏上了回台之途。

我是3/7起的11+7 防疫政策，住進酒店後，真讓我意外的驚喜，酒店特別幫我升級到豪華套房間，由於台灣疫情嚴重，一段旅程真的是很不容易，重重関卡，真是非常疲憊，而酒店能提供這麼舒適寬敞的房間，讓我能放鬆心情小歇，暫時忘記屋外疫情嚴重的壓力，真是非常感恩！我一入住就分享酒店房間內的照片給朋友們看，他們看了也喜歡，非常有興趣以供日後所需。

優點的部分很多， 打掃的很乾淨，有大浴缸，水力超強的淋浴，設想周到，不銹鋼的餐具一盒，我是素食餐，偶爾加海鮮餐，都相當豐盛，美味又好吃。另外也要非常感謝飯店工作人員幫我將朋友送的和外訂的Foodpanda 即時送上來，我需要什麼，也即時幫我送，尤其是提供水、衛生紙⋯等。WiFi 很順暢，很大的TV可搜尋許多頻道觀看，燈光非常柔和，環境安靜，隔音很好，我最喜歡的是可打開透風的窗戶，這也是為什麼從去年到今年仍想選擇《金來商旅》的原因。

事前本來安排的計劃是住11天退房，往往計劃趕不上變化，決定仍留在這酒店，繼續自主健康管理7天，由於防疫酒店的規定，不能外出，為大家好，也只能配合，許多朋友建議我去找別家酒店可以自由活動，可是他們不了解，現在的許多酒店都很緊張小心，我試過打過電話，有的態度非常不好，認為我是確診才要去他們酒店自主健康管理，讓我覺得又好氣又好笑，也能理解現階段人人自危、杯弓蛇影的惶恐心情。這或許是與《金來商旅》的緣份吧！我總共住了18天。也給了許多朋友們深刻印象。

再次感謝《金來商旅》所有工作人員，疫情期間，能把防疫工作做的這麼好，不容易，辛苦你們了！感恩！️

Currently staying here for my 7 day quarantine and it has been a pleasant experience. You can choose different beverages for breakfast every morning and the food they give is healthy and delicious. There are no repeated menus and they definitely put care into providing meals with protein and veggies each day. The room is very spacious so I can exercise. I asked for a dehumidifier and exercise mat which they were also able to provide. The bathroom and room is very nice and clean, bed is very comfortable, and the staff are always friendly. The Wi-Fi is stable and the only con is there are only a couple of open outlets so bringing a power strip may be useful. They also deliver meals and packages swiftly. Overall, I’m enjoying my stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quarantine hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff who are working hard during this difficult pandemic and for giving me a wonderful experience! Fighting!
