Great shopping experience at the store, assisted by Liliy who’s so patient and helpful throughout. Extensive selection of bags with different silhouettes and colours, and you can customise with unique accessories!

Bought the bag 2 weeks ago, used twice and the hook was broken and can’t use the bag anymore. Raised the issue but no one reply me on the warranty from the official website and instagram as well. It was disappointed. Tbh I’m not recommending you to buy this bag. Not worth it. Really bad experience in after care
