欣欣時尚旅店 Shinshin Hotel

Nice place to stay at. It may not look on the outside, but you will appreciate once you got in to it @ the 4th floor.

Very worth the price.

Good location, close to Beimen Station, Ximending Station, and even the Taipei Main Station. Everything is walkable. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean.

There are toiletries available, a refrigerator, water is provided. There's also a water station in the lobby. There's housekeeping everyday. There's also a microwave outside the room.

Staff is friendly. Before the trip, I had questions and concerns and just e-mailed them and they always replied to me. During check-in which is at 3AM, staff is still there to hand us the key and the portable wifi that I ordered from Kkday.

The building is old. The elevator is shabby but the rooms are good. We were able to sleep well.

Overall, it was a good stay. We stayed for 5D4N with my sister and my parents who are both senior citizens.

Not far from Ximen Market, the room is clean.and looks newer than seen in the picture But I'm not sure if the refrigerator in the room I stayed in was broken or not. Soaking in water is not cold.

Great 4 days stay at this hotel! Will recommend it to those planning to stay near Ximending.

1. Entrance was a bit hard to find. There are restaurants nearby which pointed us to the right way.

2. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk speaks English and was friendly.

3. Spacious and clean room. We stayed in Room 805 which has a window. Check photo

4. Hotel is near Ximending Night Market, just a 10 min walk. A bit noisy in the early evening because of cars passing by but we had great sleep.

5. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is reallyyyy strong.

6. Nearest station is Beimen Station which is connected to the Airport MRT/Taipei Main Station. Hotel is near a lot of bus stops too.

7. Room has a refrigerator which we used to store our 7-11 hauls. Microwave is located near the lobby.

Great hotel!

I've arrived this place around midnight on first day and they assigned the different room that I've reserved and it was on the 9th floor.

The room was too noisy to sleep and the passage to the room was too messy. I think the noise comes from the machine on the roof of the building.

Even if they replace the room on the second day of my stay, I had bad impression on overall hotel experience as the hygiene of the hotel is not good.

I am not going to visit this place again.

A place worse than an inn
When you turn on the TV, porn shows and there is a hotel between the houses.
A place where you can't do anything because you're scared

8樓整層樓根本是廢墟, 不知是臭酸味還是屍臭味? 安全門感覺不像安全門髒亂陰暗堆放雜物, 電梯一到8F門一開看到的景象跟鬼搖靈一樣的走道場景不誇張廢墟臭味滿天。入住櫃檯也沒核對身份證。安全堪憂，真的扯爆。 當天直接去隔壁旅館多花一筆費用住了。

Although it is a cheap hotel, there are male staff who can speak Japanese occasionally, and the rooms are clean. The room I stayed in had a short shower curtain, so be careful as the bathroom will flood if you're not careful.
It's worrisome that there are sometimes suspicious-looking women waiting in the lobby.
