北投春天酒店是老招牌的溫泉旅館，在易遊網看到聖誕夜居然有一晚3XXX的價格，就馬上下單，畢竟聖誕夜有這個價格真的很難得！
北投春天酒店，位處台北市陽明山國家公園山麓，坐擁北投最大戶外親子露天風呂的溫泉度假飯店，因鄰近北投溫泉白磺泉出口，飯店供應純淨優質的白磺原湯，讓賓客在春天揮別都市喧囂，一享泡湯樂趣。
在春天每間房間皆有觀音石砌成的個人湯屋，房內即可享受白磺原湯。結合地方，不定期舉辦各種體驗活動，賓客在北投春天的綠茵環境中悠閒度假，也能體會台灣北投的在地文化。

If I had paid 120,000 won to go to a hot spring and have dinner in Japan, the quality would have been different.
First of all, the hot spring water is lukewarm (maximum 42 degrees) and the baths are small and there are only a few. The shower room is amazing, but you have to shower in a plastic box like a simple shower room. I wonder if this is a resort.
I also had the dinner course, but it wasn't tasty and the order was messed up so I was annoyed after waiting 10 minutes to eat one.

I think it would be better to use Gunyang Hot Springs for just an hour. It’s not that good.

服務人員都很親切，房間很乾淨，戶外溫泉池也維持的很好，難得有歷史的飯店，卻幾乎都保持該有的水平。早餐內容也不錯，整理人員態度佳，隨時會不定時收走不用的餐盤，住的很舒適，以後有機會還會選擇再住這間

We went here for dinner and a soak in the hot spring, the dinner was incredible! The food was super fresh, delicious, and plated artistically! We had amazing dinning experience, of a 10 course meal. The courses were complemented each other perfectly, and service was prompt and attentive! My complements to the chef and wait staff!
The hot spring room and tub are large with nice size room. The staff was friendly and also was able to explain the operation of water fill and room amenities in english language!

The public spa was perfect. Not at all crowded. Different pools temperature jets and waterfalls to choose from. Clean showers and bathrooms.

A nice place to spend a cold day in. The hot spring in the room has a pleasant sulphur smell. Room is pretty small. But manageable for a small family. The outdoor hot spring is nice too. Just that breakfast can be pretty messy when the crowd gets too many. There is no system to prepare the guests for breakfast. Something to improve on.

第一次入住，選了1泊2食方案，來到現場卻說已經沒位子了，只能盡量請師傅幫忙準備8：30用餐，但用餐時間只到9：30.
還跟我們說，用餐要事先預訂
覺得疑惑，為什麼訂了1泊2食，卻沒有保留訂房用餐者的權益. 官網上沒說明要事先預訂晚餐，預付訂金時也沒晚餐時間可勾選，下訂後也沒接到任何客服電話確認用餐時間第一次入住，消費者該如何獲得1泊2食的晚餐須事先預訂！？實在不解.

首次訂房，感覺很差。
在官網訂了一泊二食方案，當天去到現場竟然說晚餐沒位置，只能盡量幫你安排，最後安排2030晚餐，一氣之下取消。
飯店未在訂房說明裡先告知也就算了，訂房了也未與客人聯繫，協助先訂晚餐位置，讓客人到現場沒位置，根本是超賣後再來犧牲客人權益，身為知名酒店業者，內部機制這麼差勁！

日式料理餐廳擺盤精緻，餐點味道尚可，單價略高，CP值不高；從酒店入口進來碰到的大多服務生態度積極，但表情單調無笑容，少了熱情感，可惜了！
個人泡澡區空間不大，約一坪多，因為沒有乾濕分離，沖水時水量不能開太大，會把衣物鞋子噴濕，有點麻煩.

This hotel has a publicly available hot spring in a resort style outdoor multi-pool facility. The atmosphere is very serene for a nice relaxing soak in various hot spring fed pools. At NTD800 per person, the cost is worth the reward as there is no time limit for your stay. The facility does require you to provide and wear swimwear. Swim suits are available for purchase otherwise.

Our family looked at various places with hot spring facilities nearby, including the Beitou Hot Spring Public Pool (which is very restricting in terms of the swim wear you have). The Spring City Resort is definitely recommended especially if you are a family.

接待人員的服務不錯，每個小時都有到北投與新北投的免費接駁專車可以往返，彌補了交通不便的問題。如果自己開車前往的話要給飯店人員幫忙停車的小費 (不能自己停也滿妙的) 。
房間滿寬敞，隔音不太好，房間化妝鏡前擺了一個大檯燈無法使用，廁所的燈光又太暗，吹風機吹了五分鐘左右就會過熱跳掉，就房間配備而言好像對女性不太貼心……
優點是自助早餐種類很多，三千多的價位有溫泉可以泡整體也算還可以了。

The private hot spring was very nice. We got a deal on Klook that included lunch which was extremely delicious. The overall service and atmosphere was great. Definitely would recommend trying out this hot spring.

購買雙人泡湯+用餐券, 價格不算貴, 中式套餐頗精緻, 不過味道尚可而已, 有點可惜, 服務人員態度良好, 雙人湯屋的面積與設備還行, 泡起來也滿舒服的, 整理來說還不錯, 不過好像沒有預期中的那麼好!

泡湯還不錯，餐點就差太多了，火鍋的食材比平價小火鍋還普通，這種價位還不如去吃富樂台式刷刷鍋，又貴又普通，羊肉爐稍微好吃一點，海陸很普通，麻辣的還可以，炒飯有點太油，冷掉不好吃，不建議在這邊用餐，三顆星是給湯屋，家庭式湯屋還不錯，兩小時，平日有打八折原價3900，打完折3120。有附小茶點、可以泡茶邊泡湯，

Private room was very nice, complete with toiletries such as shampoos, cotton buds, shower caps. There is a hair dryer and comb and lotion. Staff are friendly and can speak English. There's also free shuttle services going to and from the MRT station. Highly recommended.:)
