SWIIO HOTEL XIMEN

I love the hotel very much, room is clean, designed well and the location can't be beat. No windows in my room, but it wasn't an issue for me.

My personal problem is I felt like my privacy was invaded a bit. At midnight one of the days I stayed, I had a little too much to drink, so my friends (2 of them) helped me get back. The moment we stepped into my room, the hotel phone rang. Someone at the front desk was calling because they thought 3 people were staying in a room meant for two, so I would be charged if it was so.

We cleared up the misunderstanding but I felt that it was kinda of uncomfortable and eerie that we got a call IMMEDIATELY (the door was still open because we had just walked in) when we entered the room and from then on, I started noticing all the cameras lined throughout the halls. It makes me feel nervous to invite friends to the room for a chat lest the front desk calls in again.

UPDATE: The hotel room was called again. On my last night, I brought a friend up to my room. When we were done, I offered to walk him home, but came back with him as I forgot my wallet. Then, the familiar ring of the hotel phone was heard again. I went to the lobby and asked why this was the case. I was told my guest has to present his ID as some people have brought back minors and they need to make sure (my guest was 27 with a full beard).

I was then told they call if there are too many people in one room as they're afraid there would be a party that would disturb other guests. And that 'guest visiting hours' were until 10pm. It was confusing for me, because this felt more like a student dorm than a hotel with such rules. You are assumed to be noisy, to be up to no good, and they call you up to reprimand you because *they are ALWAYS WATCHING*. I understand their intentions but they should be upfront with guests at check-in about all these procedures as to not blindside them.

Overall, if you're a private person who doesn't like people to know what you're doing, I can't recommend this place as your social life, sex life, etc, will be put up to scrutiny by their staff.

During my Taiwan trip, I stayed twice at Swiio hotel in Ximending. Super central location, but nevertheless very quiet at night. Very clean and good room size and layout. The attention and service of the staff (in particular Adam) was above and beyond! Late check out, travel advice, storage of parts of my luggage while I was touring other parts of the island… Adam made everything possible. So it was a no brainer to stay there again for the last nights before leaving Taiwan. Strong recommendation!

Sound insulation is very poor.
The cleaning condition is also poor.
Please use another location.

入住三天兩夜，入住時說房間禁菸，但總是時不時能聞到煙味飄出來，灰塵毛絮不少（如圖遙控器跟床頭），床也是有點毛屑
隔音不用講大家一致認為很差，一早快九點就有電鑽聲直接醒來 謝謝！！
唯一優點大概就是浴室蠻乾淨的～
地理位置是方便的

櫃檯男服務人員不知道在跩什麼 一直在裝一塊 跟他說證件放在車上 能不能用照片先給他看 在那邊不屌我 房間小就算了 枕頭跟棉被都一股霉味 廁所也多處發霉 還沒地方停車 住這裡不如住汽車旅館來舒服一點

1. 櫃檯服務態度真的超級差
2. 冷氣壞一整晚，隔天問服務台人員，只說我們早上才能修冷氣啊，我們怎麼知道哪幾間冷氣有問題，啊有些房客就沒打電話問啊。
重點是冷氣壞掉這件事也沒給入住的人一個解釋，態度又超級糟糕
3. 沒有詢問卻擅自進房間打掃

絕對不會再來就算是免費的也不屑住
花錢買氣受：）

1. 很難找到入口 可能要看到"趣西門"的招牌 走進去就對了
2.check in在5樓, 不同時間入住, 必須先到五樓 再到住的樓層小麻煩
3. 房間很矮 空間偏小 洗澡很有壓迫感

第二次住這裡，房間乾淨、安靜、浴室乾濕分離
整個房間色系搭配以灰白為主，住起來非常放鬆，重點是清潔做的很好！
這次行程比較倉促，臨時訂房，店家也很友善的免費幫忙升級加大，只是唯一美中不足的是早上起床冰箱正上方的天花板漏水把周圍的東西都滴濕了，因為一早趕時間來不及跟店家反應！
但還是非常推薦二十輪，下次有需要還會再去！

第一次來住就發生門卡打不開的問題只能用鑰匙才有辦法打開⋯然後洗澡到一半火警警報一直響是怎樣⋯打客服又沒人接氣死我了！安全問題都沒辦法解決不要錢了要命直接退房！到一樓才發現三台消防車在樓下⋯還好已經退房⋯真的是旅店驚魂記頭一次遇到⋯⋯一堆人還在裡面不出來，如果真的火災發生怎麼辦，無知真的很可憐⋯

我覺得還可以。
床好躺，但是被單要請清潔公司喜更乾淨，有些污漬。

樓下有酒吧可以小酌，蠻舒適休閒的，調出來的酒也不錯。

跟之前有人給過的評論描述一模一樣，櫃檯明明說訪客只能待到22時，2130朋友帶食物來訪，剛進門電話馬上響起說要登記證件。22時一到也馬上來電趕人，一路上從電梯到房間的路上完全被監控着，是否有侵犯個人隱私問題？我保留法律追溯的權利，而且來電的男生態度真的很差，如果這樣的旅店你還敢來住就請便！

坐落在西門町內的小旅館，地點算不錯，很方便，但是此旅店沒招牌，蠻難找的，價位也還算便宜，大廳裝飾蠻酷的，還有小吧台可以喝酒，但是除了這些，住起來真的不優，可能我住的是特價房，所以都舊舊破破的，衣櫃裡還很髒，感覺幾百年沒清，淋浴臉蓬頭還有點破損，四水會亂噴，床上讓我和家人整個大過敏，下次應該不會去這家了，下面拍幾張照片給大家參考。

真的像之前評論說的一樣，像住到學生宿舍。
晚上9點帶朋友回來5樓房間，一進房間電話就響起，
櫃檯人員可能看到監視器，態度極差的要我們上去6樓實聯制，忘記了也不行嗎？又不是故意的。

上去之後男櫃檯人員態度很差，還要求訪客10點前要離開，之前訂房根本沒有講這條，一個人訂雙人房還要被管東管西，防疫規定跟10點前要離開的原因也意義不明，去住別家旅社都沒有這樣的情況，建議喜歡學生宿舍舍監監視的人再入住。

一大早在8點到9點的時候，聽到打掃阿姨的叫罵聲。但不確定是不是真的打掃阿姨….
因為外面沒有聽到任何拖著清潔工具推車聲…
也沒有看到打掃阿姨…

整體來說很棒！
床很舒服，我睡得很熟哈哈
房間乾淨，需要的東西也都有，還有零食可以吃，人員也很親切，隔音還可以接受。
房間裡沒有菸味，不過走廊上菸味很重
下次來可以再次入住的旅店

第一次在西門住宿獻給二十輪旅店（交通關係選擇這）CP值、交通、服務人員也很盡心服務真的覺得有選這裡真好！雖然禮拜日住宿剛好碰到酒吧休息，希望下次來能喝到感謝（把房間零食吃完覺得這裡也太划算了這個價！！）

這是一間很有主題風格的旅店! 住房的舒適性 在西門町周邊旅店來說算是CP值超高的 而且 incredible的 房間還自帶小米藍牙喇叭可供使用
而且地理環境就在西門町的核心區 沒有可挑剔了！
