TAIPEI 101

This place is okay I really wouldnt recommend it that much. The outside observation deck is useless you can't really see anything from that spot. If you want a great view of the city I recommend taking the elephant mountain trail instead better views in my opion.

Went there with a Travel Group. The tourist guide bought our ticket. We went there very early in the morning when the mall is still close. Lining-up on the way up, they take your group picture with the Taipei 101. If interested, you can buy the picture upon reaching the observatory floor. Many souvenir stores and high-end shops inside the building.

The landmark building of Taipei. Many attractive items are available to the tourists from world wide. Local snacks are also available and very tasty too.
The service to the guests who want to go up-to the top floor is very systematic and orderly fashion. The tickets for going to top floor are sold at 5th floor only.
Found many Chinese tour groups from mainland China.
The fastest lift on the world award by Guieness will bring you to the top floor within five seconds. Amazing.

Worth visiting.however, the queue to the observation floor can be long. The mass damper is a very interesting piece of engineering. Lots of upmarket shops on the shopping mall levels.

Should be called Taipei 91 since you can't access the last 10 floors. However views are great. The elevator is fast and the anti earthquake damper impressive. No idea why they think it's the place to sell jewellery though
