It's a great serviced apartment. The rooms are small but clean. Everything you need is in the room, kitchennet, toiletries, bottled water, coffee, tea, and snacks

I looked at a room here and was amazed at how dilapidated the room looked. The entrance lobby area was also extremely in need of updating. It just looked like a really run down place. They also was very pushy and not nice in their sales approach. To be honest I could not wait to get out of this place, let alone wanting to pay 51,000 NT a month! Are they kidding me!

Hoping these people will provide gym/swimming service for free for people staying more than a month

I loved this place! Stayed here for two weeks and it has everything i needed. It was very near food shops, shopping centers, and malls. 4 metro lines are walking distance, the blue and red (the most obvious ones), the green line is also accessible, and the purple line (airport line). Across here is also the bus stations, high speed rail is also near here. The place is also very secure, kind of hard to look for if it's your first time, but once you know where it is, there are a lot of exits and entrances for you to get into and out of.

I would definitely definitely rent this place again.

* 插座損毀未修， 住客還得自己用膠帶黏貼固定。

*住到一半， 突然說要換地毯， 還一副非換不可的態度， 電話狂摳，為的就是急著來換地毯。 說什麼只要半小時就可以換好，ok, 讓他們換了之後才知道問題更大.

整個房間都是化學黏著劑的味道，根本不能住人。

這下搞得我們為了換房的問題一團亂。 幾乎有一個禮拜的時間都因為難聞的化學藥劑味而睡不好，向他們反應時，一位腦殘的女主管還硬掰，"是你們答應要讓我們換的啊! " 你說，想不想摑她一掌？？

*處理垃圾的貨梯和住客使用的電梯居然是混著用的，經常可以聞到電梯間，走道上經常佈滿惡臭。

*Wifi常斷線，同一個房間內居然一大半是收不到訊號的死角，最可笑的是，沒訊號的地方剛好在辦公桌區，那請問，收不到wifi 怎麼辦公，搞不懂是我要求太多，還是他們太智障？？

Great location, just above Taipei main Mrt station. Good functional kitchen with all cooking and dining cutlery.

While the place was ok and well situated in the center of the city with great commection via subway, I actualy got very sick there with a skin condition: (

Best location with subway, train and high speed train interchange located inside the mall. I stayed for 5 months and the service is totally out of the chart excellent. The staff are very caring and helpful. I have a best experience during my stay in Taipei. I miss everyone of them. Highly recommended if you stay for a long period.
