the Hive Taipei

Great place to get work done but also to meet like-minded people. Very friendly staff, can sort you out if you have any questions about living in Taipei when you’ve just arrived. I recommend to get a fixed desk straightaway as it’s almost the same price as hotdesking. Convenient location with lots of eateries around.

The Hive Taipei is a great place for a digital nomad. This place has everything for remote workers. All staff are kind and friendly. I was lucky to find this place after seeking a hot desk in Taipei. Sadly, I could work here just for a couple of weeks. If I can come to Taipei again, I will visit this place again for a hot desk.

There are good tenants inside this place but the facilities just aren’t up to par with what other similar places offer in Taipei or even what this franchise offers in other cities such as Singapore.

The building they have in Taipei is not accessible, restrooms are cramped and hot, and the building shakes when buses pass by. Phone booths get hot after about 15 minutes which made it hard to take calls.

I’ve found working with other co-working spaces in Taipei much easier since the founders of those spaces live in Taipei and are usually very willing to be flexible in how the money you spend with them is used as long at it’s still with them. The local staff here unfortunately don’t have much decision making power.

This place has good networking though so if that’s your primary goal this place may still work for you. This place may also be good for folks that are here short-term and don’t speak Mandarin, but as the other reviews mentioned you may have trouble getting your deposit back if you have already left Taiwan since there is some turnaround time and they can only do local bank transfer.

A cozy and friendly place for freelancers who need a space to focus. The staff here are welcoming and warm, and the seat (I rent a dedicated desk) is a reasonable size (I even get a bookcase!)
You can come here anytime, no stress to socialize. Flexible date if you're looking for a short-term space!

待了ㄧ整天 從早上9點到下午6點
中間和同事聊了2-3次天
才剛講話就ㄧ直不斷的來提醒告知講話小聲一點 (笑太大聲確實是我們不對 我檢討自己)

但⋯沒理由 櫃檯人員們 互相聊天跟客人聊天大聲到不行吧
(甚至連你們要喝50嵐飲料的糖度都知道 不可能吧?)

下午5: 20來告知6點打烊
5: 40就麻煩我們要收東西準備離開
真的5: 40ㄧ到馬上過來拍手說：時間到囉 準備下班走囉 (我們還在講事情講到一半 6點打烊⋯5: 50都還來的及收吧?)

我們站起來收東西準備離開
又不小心講話太大聲了嗎 (大家不都在準備要走嗎?)
又來提醒我們 還有人在上班請我們小聲一點 (拍手吆喝我們下班的不是妳嗎?)

Great work space, great staff. Feel like in a coffee shop, coffee and drink are available. If need a quiet space for meeting, there is room for it.

Nice location and seriously comfortable working environment. Clean and relaxing. Several interesting events to join. Personally joined wine/cheese tasting class and cocktail workshop. The staff are also "outstanding" and friendly. Just an amazing place to work in!

心得：這是高級付費咖啡廳
1. 在要付款時才會告訴你需要多付個押金（一開始帶領人幫你介紹這個地方好得不得了說的天花爛醉）
2. 只有專屬桌的會員才有門卡，代表你需要等人來幫你開門。（什麼鬼，比咖啡廳還糟糕嘛，員工下班還無法進去）
3. 一樓簡直就是個吵死了的咖啡廳（喝咖啡需要付款，唯一免費的水）
4. 想列印東西得先發送給工作人員
5. 座位不是所有都有電源接口唷
6. 雖然一樓可以說話，但是只有你一個人說話的時候會被工作人員警告️不能大聲（然而很多人在說話時，工作人員就閉嘴️）
7. 工作人員好熱情️‍熱情到都不知道她們說話聲多吵
8. 這棟沒電梯，男生廁所在二樓
9. 一樓可以用餐（香氣四溢的工作環境）
10. 環境乾淨可以看到垃圾桶邊四腳朝天的?

最後我打個五星，這裡六點員工下班後就沒法聯絡任何負責人️

This place is perfect for someone who’s looking for a co-working space. The atmosphere is really cozy, the staffs are really nice too, they really made me feel welcomed and feel really comfortable working here. They have delicious coffee as well, and don’t worry about the wifi because it’s super strong. You can meet people from all around the world here too, so it’s an awsome working place.

非常棒的地方！！來這裡不管是短期進修、準備轉職還是創業都很棒：）

唯一美中不足的地方是，裡面大多數的會員都是不戴口罩的，放眼望去會員大概佔80%以上都是外國人，他們好像真的不太習慣戴口罩（扣2星的原因）
疫情期間這是讓人比較卻步的地方>< 有點可惜

其他硬體設備、還有接待的員工都很好！

Cannot being to describe how highly I recommend the Hive as a workplace! Both the staff and patrons maintain a warm and inviting, yet conducive atmosphere.

超推，環境很棒，空間大小、溫度、人與人的間隔都精心規劃。比起去咖啡廳工作好太多太多了，在咖啡廳上個廁所都很緊張東西被偷、用餐也只能點店裡販售的，有時候又貴又難吃但為了需要一個工作點空間還是只能勉強低頭，Hive有微波爐還可以外帶食物，還有提供免費的茶包跟水，另外有酒、咖啡跟點心可以購買，棒～上班來個啤酒或紅白酒，夫復何求，價錢親民、CP值超高。
我覺得店裡的工作夥伴也很棒，很友善、就像朋友一樣。
總是在找咖啡廳工作，偶然發現the Hive Taipei，抱著試試看的心情，沒想到太令人驚艷了！

Absolutely love the Hive! All the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I love that they clean out the trash everyday and also separate the recycles.

There are 4 floors in total, including quite a couple of meeting rooms and various private / open space work areas. Not to mention that although there are already many convenience stores nearby, they have their own café right downstairs!
Definitely recommend to anyone out their who wants to settle in their own zone:)
