Van Cleef & Arpels (Taipei - Breeze Xin Yi) / 梵克雅寶 微風信義旗艦店

Came in asking for a bracelet and instead of asking for my credentials to see if I’m an existing client, the store assistant just said it wasn’t available which is fine but she proceeded to bring out another bracelet that I didn’t want and I’m sure she was trying her luck to see if I’d buy it and when I said I wasn’t interested in this one, she rolled her eyes and didn’t continue to speak.

What kind of service is this? Don’t cheapen the brand you work for, this is VCA not some random stall at the market. If I wanted another bracelet would I walk into the store asking for a specific one:) ? And clearly that bracelet isn’t selling well…
Not sure if she’s the only one in the store like this but let’s hope the other clerks are better.

我和家人到微風信義逛精品店，門市有一位男性人員（Bowei）服務親切、態度佳、非常有禮貌，而且詳細介紹各式珠寶，讓我認識了我從不知道的寶石種類，因為Bowei的服務很好、很專業，我也決定立馬購買一條項鍊，下次還是會再去門市體驗他的服務～超棒的～

本來想說先試戴看看，還沒決定款式，結果Sammi 服務很好忍不住馬上就刷下去了～

今天前往選購婚戒 / 對戒，一開始店員告知他要回覆其他顧客手機訊息，所以先讓我們自己參觀。接著請他幫我們取出想試戴的款式時，態度明顯非常不耐煩，拿出的戒指完全不是我們的尺寸，看到尺寸不合時只丟下一句「有確定要的我再幫你們找尺寸。」

試問各位消費者，在完全無法試戴的情況下，要如何確定該戒指適合自己呢？然後在詢問戒指細節的時候依然愛理不理，在旁邊划手機以及整理自己的頭髮，在參觀過許多婚戒 / 對戒的品牌後，我不確定梵克雅寶是不是最不好看的，但我確定是服務態度最差的，應該說是完全沒有想要服務消費者。

奉勸大家不用特地去花錢去該店家找罪受，好看的戒指多的很，開開心心的去別的品牌選購吧。
