Excellent hotel, all amenities are very nice. Smells great to when you enter the hotel. Definitely worth the price.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip to Taipei. It was a very beautiful hotel. I really liked the stylish feel that can only be found at a W hotel.

此篇並非為飯店貴賓的評論，但關於貴飯店的事情還是想來闡述一下，
早上走去上班經過W，隔著花圃外的街道，走到一半突然被大量的水噴到，我當下並非在滑手機，是正常的在行走，轉頭一看是正在澆花的人員，水管直接高舉但並沒有直視水噴出的方向，所以直接灑在我的右邊身體！很想當下去理論但礙於上班時間快到了所以先行離開，且一路上穿著濕濕的衣服真的很尷尬，事後半小時內回到飯店告知櫃檯人員（身上還是濕的，頭髮也有些許濕），櫃檯人員態度是很客氣沒錯，但是只給我毛巾而且就讓我在櫃檯前面自己處理，我原本預想這麼大的飯店至少會給我吹風機到某個空間使用吧？且櫃檯回覆說澆花人員是外包的，不確定飯店是想推卸責任還是怎麼樣，還說水管可能有漏水所以噴出來？？？我隔著這麼高的花圃，會被破掉的水管噴到？而且我親眼就看到他手舉高，從水管口噴水…然後櫃檯又說水是乾淨的. 試問我在意的難道是水乾不乾淨嗎我在櫃檯前使用毛巾擦拭了幾分鐘後，才詢問我需要用吹風機幫我嗎，我當然已經不想了. 我不是為了凹什麼賠償，我也說我是因為很生氣所以來跟飯店講，中途甚至還問我是哪一間住戶，所以我今天只是去上班的路人就不關你們的事了嗎當下已經蠻失望但也不想再講，櫃檯人員也只是不斷回覆不好意思，我也只能主動離開，不然好像我很不識相一樣，回上班處後越想越覺得處理方式其實真的很差，雖然態度客氣但這麼大的一個飯店，難道拿個吹風機請我到化妝室還是會議室之類的使用有這麼困難嗎？這輩子可能本來就不會去住，但同為服務業，今後若是有客人詢問起，大概也只能回覆這一段令人不開心的事件

I went there around 11am to drop off my luggage and was able to check in early. As a Gold Elite member, there was a late checkout until 2: 00pm, water service in the room, and an upgrade to a higher floor.

I guess it was because I had done mobile check-in using the Marriott Bonvoy app in advance.

When I told my friend it was my birthday in advance through chat on the app, I received a surprise gift of nut chocolate.

There is a gym, spa and changing rooms on the 12th floor. When you go to the gym reception desk and tell them that you would like to use the changing room, you will be given a changing room key in exchange for your room card.

The changing room has a dry sauna, steam sauna, large bath, shower, relaxation zone, and lockers. It is OK to be naked in the public bath.

There is an elevator that takes you to the pool on the 10th floor, so you can go in your swimsuit.

Although none of the staff spoke Japanese, they explained things carefully and slowly so I was able to understand them well.

Among Marriott Bonvoy, W hotels are in the luxury category. It has a sense of luxury, but it's stylish and uses flashy colors, so I guess it's aimed at young people. There was a DJ at the bar next to the front desk at night, and there were a lot of young people.

服務人員崇洋媚外很嚴重，對亞洲旅客不理不睬，一些客房需求也都處處刁難。因為拉肚子想要晚半小時check out被拒絕，下樓歸還房卡是12: 00，卻看到再替外國人辦理入住程序，明明規定正常15: 00才能check in…

As a platinum member n stayed many other Marriott properties in Taiwan in 2023, wud like to say W is realli a overrated and overpriced hotel.u paid 400usd a night n get the toothbrush of cheapest quality on earth n towel like bleached million times.breakfast is the worst part as the food choices are the same not only everyday but all around the year. Plus food are pretty salty.u realli cant understand why even the salad dressing is super salty.best to avoid their restaurants.

This hotel is located in the shopping district and convenient and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Customer service is very nice and friendly, and the room also has an amazing city view. Good job. W Hotel.

W Taipei never disappoints. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, great facilities and unbeatable location!

This review is just for the seafood buffet and not the rooms.

I was excited and anticipated this buffet before traveling to Taipei. But I was let down by the food. To sum it up, it’s FAR from anything you can get in Las Vegas.

I came during seafood night. The buffet itself was fairly small but I thought quality over quantity. There was an island with many options for seafood including lobsters, crab claws, and various shellfish. Unfortunately, they were all served cold. I was sad to hear they don’t warm up any of the seafood options. To give them credit, none of the seafood dishes on this island were empty, including the lobster. They were really good at refilling everything. But my personal taste is to have seafood be at least warm, not cold. I only managed to eat two half lobsters as cold lobster was not my thing nor is cold seafood in general.

Their other main island was for “hot” food. Sadly those dishes were not hot. They were room temperature and flavor wise nothing impressive. They have a counter where you can get a cut of beef or some baked fish. I was cut the fattiest slice of beef and the fish wasn’t flavorful.

The dessert area was ok. There’s a noodle bar but no one seemed interested in it (as everyone is there for lobster I assume). There’s a juicing area as well where you can opt for choices of apple and oranges for your juice! Yes I’m being sarcastic.

Everything here is subpar. You’d only come here for the lobster but if you are not a fan of cold lobster then this place has nothing worth the price tag. I would definitely skip this one.

分享W HOTEL服務又差又爛的婚宴經驗, 請大家千萬不要再像我們一樣蠢到做出想一頭撞死的決定了! 因為以後的每一年結婚週年你都會想到他們這些油嘴滑舌, 滿嘴謊話, 比三星級服務還差的可惡的嘴臉~終身後悔!

跟各位新人們分享我們在W hotel遇到的奇幻經驗! 我們於2018年尾於W飯店早, 中, 晚舉辦了婚宴, 當初就為求完美, 以為選 W hotel準沒錯! 但整體過程回顧, 先不提婚前的小插曲就算了, 到了結婚當天或婚後, 我們只是因為在住宿房間遺失幾樣物品跟W hoel反應, 卻從頭到尾還要自己主動聯繫詢問那個業務窗口, 還要聽他們集體說謊試圖掩蓋真相; 又或只是想好好宴請親友賓客, 五星級飯店宴客桌上的餐具卻要死地沾了上一場客人的巧克力醬, 又或者我們只是想好好舉辦個戶外儀式還要被會被他們阻止人身自由, 不准進出一般住宿客可以進出的游泳池畔外, 還要反倒被怪罪我們當初戶外證婚儀式沒有事先申請麥克風 (請注意, 他們還教訓我們說不是每場婚禮都需要麥克風的!), 又或當初也只是問個101的VIEW哪裡最好而已, 就還要被恥笑地回應, 叫我們自己看看房間價錢, 我們並不是租最貴幾十萬一晚的總統套房; 當顧客提出申訴, 他們當下永遠不會立即謙虛體貼地道歉, 還要我們拿通聯記錄當證據來證明, 然後自允他們在w飯店的同仁都具備多年經驗, 卻連基本的即時反應處理都如此差, 溝通的過程就又會強調自己很忙家裡有事, 或者要去國外出差. 有的沒有的一堆跟我們顧客無關的理由!

搞到後來我們才發現: 當只去W HOTEL住宿一晚或消費一餐的客人所付的費用就能享有基本的權利時, 而我們當初付了比一晚住宿費還要貴幾十倍的價錢, (從早上文定, 下午戶外儀式, 晚上宴客+住宿兩晚全部幾十萬的消費), 卻連得到個一般的服務及公平性的對待都沒有, 結論就只有一個我們是瘋了, 有病的消費者, 錢太多, 當初才會愚蠢地做出選擇W HOTEL這個決定.

我們死都會記得這一次教訓, 每一年週年都會想到W HOTEL宴會部極緻擺爛又差勁地服務態度及回應!

如果不趕時間一切都會是很美好
創意料理方面很值得體驗
所有點餐酒細節要自己注意問清楚
前台服務人員太優秀了
就算後台人員扣分也不影響滿分概念
厲害在於前台工作人員一次就記得誰是住客很懂得照顧住客很值得讚揚

Nice hotel w excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel however is starting to show its age as shown by some furniture and electronics in the bedroom.

The hotel is renowned for its young and vibrant atmosphere. Its young staff force also means speedy check-in, responsiveness to guests’ needs.

Of course, very few hotels are able to beat this one when it comes to convenience and proximity to CBD and shopping. In fact, you can literally step into a huge department store from the hotel lobby.

The bed, linens and pillows are very confortable to sleep in. You will read all the excellent comment from other guests.
If you like an authentic Taiwanese beef noodles, you must go to the 31F and try the beef noodles at Bar at Yen. It is one of the best in Taipei.
There are plenty of convenient stores and shopping nearby.
A very superb experience stay!

Might be best place I've ever stayed at for work. View and couch right next to window was fantastic. Dim sum and smoothie stations at breakfast? Nice.

要到咖啡機旁向服務員點
送上的時候我都吃三個蛋糕了
還是果汁吧比較迅速

Great location, excellent restaurant, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, excellent amenities. Views.hip vibe!
