Wovie Cinema Tianmu / 台北天母新光影城

正評：
1. 有瓶裝茶可以買（比便利商店略貴，但不到誇張的地步）

2. 人不像其他電影院那樣多，臨時要約看電影，不會擔心買不到票

3. 大部分工作人員算親切

負評：
1. 購票方式、零食吧的動線混亂，實際上也有一次在排隊買東西的時候，旁邊的客人也因為動線不明大吵架，工作人員也沒出來主持秩序。（感覺工作人員也蠻無奈的）

2. 影廳清潔有待加強，除了霉斑外，椅子上常常都有爆米花屑屑（多次看到客人看著椅子不確定該不該坐下，照片是沒那麼誇張的時候）有一次還看到前排客人肩膀旁有一隻大

因為地緣關係，還是偶爾會在這邊看電影，但希望未來清潔的部分可以改善。

It’s a quiet decent movie theater in Tianmu, the only one movie theater around Tianmu. So nothing to complain:). In general, it’s pretty clean with comfortable seats. The staff are always nice even when they are super busy. Thanks to have this good quality of movie theater in Tianmu.

感激還不錯的電影院在天母這一區喔。工作人員都熱情，棒。

購買餐點有一個哈根達斯，拿不久就化了，想換一盒，詢問小姐她看了我一眼並給我一個敷衍的回答「其他都一樣！」，當下直接退還，不吃了！
其實也不在手她能不能換給我，而是態度差到令人不悅！

I mean— it’s the only cinema in tianmu so if you don’t want to trek all the way downtown it’s pretty standard!

不要逼我們進城看電影啊
但影音效果真的差人一大節
售票服務人員態度散漫
今天在廳裡腿還一直被不知道是蚊子還是跳蚤咬
很癢 且 打擾觀影品質

冷氣優秀是最大的優點了
夏天看電影不會流一滴汗

搞不懂爆米花跟飲料的套餐怎麼用，也看了收銀台員敲計算機敲得很久，感覺哪裡個不對勤。廳內找位置很難，都不開燈，可能是因為地板跟椅子很久沒有好好洗過，呵呵。其他方面沒什麼問題，都不錯。他們還設立了一個虛擬實境遊戲區，有空可以去試試。

Love this place. Close, convenient, the snacks are fair priced, and there's a big VR station while waiting (although a bit overpriced IMO, but sometimes worth it, depending on you). Tons of sitting areas to wait. -1 star for men's bathroom, though. Soo stinky, all the time, and "awkwardly close promity with no walls with mirrors" for men urinals. I don't want to see 10 men's junk wherever I want to pee or wash my hands.

5/29 15: 40 賣票的男實習生口氣、態度很差 旁邊的員工也不會制止 單伸一隻手拿錢 跟他說要劃桿子前一排 說我就是幫妳劃那排 結果進場看根本不是 整場才三個人 還把我劃在走道旁 全程賣票態度隨便 眼睛也都不看客人 這種態度還能正式錄取嗎

It's the only movie theater in Tianmu, but it's a good place. Movies are current. Concessions are good. Seats are comfortable and theaters are clean. The lobby has a game arcade on one side and put in a couple small KTV booths a few months ago. They have recently added VR video games to the mix.

Only theatres around these parts. Next closest is Imax miramar in DaZhi.so very convenient as is it's location in Mitsukoshi Dept Store. Access to foodcourt, shops and parking.

Wovie always has a good selection of the latest movies. Although we usually don't get it, but they also have the selection of snacks to go with it.

A little worn around the edges these days. Dirty interiors and broken speakers can put one off visiting. The movies shown are mostly generic and uninspiring. The staff are unquestionable and stringent when enforcing government dictates, pertaining to who are allowed to view their movies.

櫃檯人員態度差、清場也不打掃一下，椅子都還有爆米花，整體環境很髒，可能是仗著天母石牌北投唯一的電影院不怕你不來。但近期真的越來越少人來這看電影了，希望能換經營者把這些擺爛員工都開除換一批人吧。

Nice theatre, not crowded, and in a convenient location next to the bus stop.

One star less because I hate being tricked into buying a menu with a "free" hotdog and ending up paying more than the normal menu

I feel the lights were deliberately not turned on even before the commercials were played cos the seats are dirty and popcorns everywhere!

Gross cinema paying full price without any discount!

想說上班路上，順路去買電影票，
購票的過程非常不愉快，
櫃檯只有一位女員工，
現場只有我一個客人，
我人都已經站在她面前了，
臉很臭都不說話，
還要我自己問可以買票嗎？
然後她態度非常不耐煩兼翻白眼…
說：「可以啊！」
購票跟她詢問時間買票方式的過程中…
也都是一臉不耐煩兼翻白眼的態度，
當下想看她員工姓名，
但是她名牌掛的太低了，
根本無法看到~
自己常常來這邊看電影！
沒看過態度這麼差的員工⋯
如果做服務業是這種態度~
我看還是別做了吧!

華威天母影城能加強員工訓練

每次去買票，售票櫃檯的小姐服務態度都「超差」好像欠她錢的樣子⋯愛理不理還很愛邊翻白眼邊跟客人講話⋯但是跟男同事打情罵俏都笑嘻嘻的⋯超無言的！！從美麗華時代看到現在華威～員工素質一點進步都沒有⋯

售價偏高，可去附近特定店家或里長服務處購買里長票，$230元優惠價。
優點是通常人不會太多，座椅舒適，觀影品質良好。為天母地區首選也是唯一電影院。
缺點在票價屬於台北市偏高價，有時售票員會向客人推銷一些加飲料爆米花的套票之類的，若誤打誤撞購買會覺得價格不可思議的高。
建議看完電影再去樓下美食街逛逛。

電影優惠套票有送中杯飲料和小爆米花，電影人潮也不算多所以不擠，附近停車場很多，想停免費的車位就往山上的方向開 (天母運動場方向) ，如果住天母的居民想輕鬆看個電影又不想大排長龍的話，應該會很喜歡這個電影院。
