Yong He Soy Milk King 永和豆漿大王

A typical Taiwanese breakfast place. My second time visiting it. The first visit was back in 2019.

Love the xiao long baos or soup dumplings. Really value for money. It isn't as refined as the ones you get at Din Tai Fung but it is delicious nonetheless.

Getting a table here can be hard as it is usually packed. But will definitely recommend to those who are living around the area.

There are different queues for takeaways versus eating in. Those who are eating I'm ought to find a table and join the queue inside (after you have marked out your orders on the order sheet).

To be honest if you don't have much patience to wait, better not coming and find something else. Overall the you tiao and soy milk are good, but it's not really special.

Classic Taiwanese breakfast. Had salty soybean milk and flavours came together with the shredded pork floss and fried bread stick. Definitely an institution for tourists and locals alike.

（4）最恐怖的是甜酥餅，不知道放了多久，一口下去整個臭脯味，直接吐掉

I was confusing for the first time when I watched the menu, caz their menu just only in Mandarin. Luckily, they had English version. This is the first time, I had tried eating soy milk with other stuffs, I guessed it should be messy, but everything are excellent. If I have a chance to visit Taipei, I must go this place again

The meat in XIAOLONGBAO wasn’t cooked and stink, had it twice at normal dinner time was okay.
I don’t think I will come back again just passing by reminding me the terrible taste of the XIAOLONGBAO

This is one of the very few places that sell 鹹豆漿 (salty soy milk). They serve all the usual suspects but I come here for the 鹹豆漿. Great place for traditional Taiwanese breakfast items at a very reasonable price.

這家不用我說，相信很多台北人都吃過！永和豆漿大王品項就跟一般差不多，所以我推薦個人覺得比較有特色的

燒餅、油條、鹹豆漿、小籠湯包是我自己常點的。

本來我是不愛吃這類早餐，但這家店完全顛覆我，而且只吃這家！

燒餅油條一點都不油，真的不油！油條酥脆卻不刮上顎，一咬就斷不用硬拔，就是不韌啦，絕對必點！

鹹豆漿裡有油條、蝦皮、菜埔，再自己加點白醋和辣油，哇嗚~太美味惹

湯包不確定是手工還是射出的，但湯汁很多皮很薄，是我愛的口味

中式早餐店難免有油煙味，但因為店家算半開放式，所以不算重的。

最後就是CP值真的很高?

幾位師傅每天現場手做的傳統早點 ，是多年來記憶清單中 ，週末早餐溫暖的一環 ，即便遷出台北 ，仍會回來 ，看師傅們的老練堅持 ，坐在圓板凳上 ，和滿滿的客人一道享用。

最愛鹹豆漿加蛋 ，師傅秒速將多種材料添入碗中 ，下蛋液 ，最讚的是舀起一鋼杯的滾熱原味豆漿 ，高高舉起 ，拉線沖入碗 ，整碗鹹漿因黃豆蛋白而起泡 ，隔熱保溫 。小心用托盤端上座 ，趁熱（是的，要趁熱，還要小心燙）緩下勺 ，從碗底輕取 ，連料帶漿 ，一勺一勺慢品 ，美極了 ！好在豆香蛋滑 ，每一口都是最嫩的嫩豆花成形前 的化學狀態，含著不同鹹香的配料組合 ，滋味萬千 ，豐富多變 ，讓我在任何其他地方用鹹豆漿時 ，都會念著這一碗 。

眉角是 ，千萬別攪拌 ，一攪拌 ，黃豆的蛋白質遇鹽立刻凝結 ，不一會兒 ，就成了豆渣湯水一碗 ，可惜了這精湛的市井美味！

燒餅是軟的，完全沒酥，難吃。不會再來了。

《2021年2月初訪》
熱豆漿25元，點半糖不會太甜。蛋餅25元，不喜歡有加乳瑪琳的蛋餅，吃起來很化學的味道。小籠包8顆90元，可點半籠45元。
燒餅15元+蔥花蛋15元，燒餅皮酥好吃，可惜蔥花蛋的蔥很少，鹽巴沒攪散，吃了一口超鹹的蛋，不然這道就值五顆星了。

I liked going in there for dumplings. About half a year ago, I went in and ordered dumplings as usual. The chef started shouting at me from the kitchen, calling me a big nosed foreigner and so on. I listened to that diatribe for a couple of minutes and figured I should leave. I feel uncomfortable now about going in.

種類多，每次來必點燒餅加蛋，燒餅皮脆脆酥酥的比附近的瑞安豆漿好吃，加蔥蛋味道也剛好，不會太鹹，豆漿傳統味道好喝，蛋餅皮厚煎得不油口感很紮實，蘿蔔糕還ok, 唯一看到下午班師傅拿燒餅用手抓直接加蛋捏緊，需要改進
11/16/2020更新，燒餅大縮水，而且都不是現做熱熱的，懷疑是過夜的燒餅再加熱，咬起來皮已經沒有脆脆酥酥，而是軟軟的，建議趁下午五點來的時候才有現烤的喔！

This Taiwanese breakfast is good but not excellent. The you tiao is good and crispy. The soy milk is also good. Most of the items were good but not excellent.

Unbelievably great for breakfast. While the appearance may seem a bit strange to Americans, it is not unusual to see a Rolls Royce pull up for a quick bite.

Really good Taiwanese breakfast place. You can get breakfast anytime of day. They have a menu with pictures and English. The staff don’t speak much English. It’s best to pay for your food when they bring it.

蛋餅：不是現煎，皮厚軟軟的，餅皮有廉價乳瑪琳甜甜的味道，整個很怪

燒餅油條：咬下去油條會有油溢出來，燒餅不錯
唯一可以接受商品

蔥蛋：唯一現煎，就蔥跟蛋 沒什麼特別

醬油膏：非常普通的蒜蓉醬，無特色

溫米漿：味道不濃，勾芡有點太勾假假的，裡面還有白色不明固體

冰豆漿：整個很甜，裡面一堆豆皮，每一口都有豆皮

飲料兩杯都沒喝完，我很少浪費食物的，但真的喝不下去

只能說 台北市 新北市 一堆豆漿小店 都比這間好吃多了！ 不知道這高評價是怎麼回事？

我不會因為環境給差評 豆漿店是要多乾淨？
但食物真的不OK

One of the most famous traditional Taiwanese breakfast place in Taipei. It's been around quite a while (I went here for the first time 25 years ago), and has been popular since then. There's generally a waiting line in the morning but the waiting time is within 20 min range (personal experience) Food is freshly made in front of you, and the service is ok. But I would say the food is very similar to other places serving Taiwanese breakfast, so if you are not in a hurry, you can try this place. My favorite here is the baked bun with scallion egg.

Great for a quick bite, people tend to come and go just as fast with no English menu however one of the workers pointed out which ones we should order on the menu.
Got the hot soy bean milk, the salty porridge and the Chinese churros

Nice place to go for breakfast or late night snack.

Staff are all very friendly, service is above average and pricing is good.

Food tastes really good, and not too oily There is a good choice selection too.

Store itself isn't very big, so I normally prefer to buy take away.
