ZARA Taipei 101 Store

The staff didn't give us back the tax free amount after the tax refund procedure? I mean, it's not that much but how unprofessional can it be? Please be careful with them about this if you ask for a tax refund here

賣場服務人員都很親切有耐心，解說也很仔細，唯獨櫃檯結帳人員SASA，當時我手上東西比較多，請她幫忙把一件大衣裝進紙袋，不僅臉色很不情願，嘴上還在不停murmur，感覺就是不耐煩，原本開心購物的心情瞬間變得十分不悅，櫃檯教育訓練明顯不足

Clothing sizes limited to s 2s and m. Customers need L and XL. Service very helpful. Delighted to find one XL blouse so I had to get it. There were more L sizes too but still mostly small. New layout, less clothes, it seemed. Easy, comfortable casual shopping I really enjoyed.

6/24店主管TOM態度極差，等去倉庫拿商品竟然要40分鐘，處理事情的方式令人傻眼，非常沒禮貌，故意整客人讓客人等，非常失望的購物經驗。

The staff is not helpful. They don’t know what they are doing. Today I asked whether they have a stock of some product and the clerk said “no” 0.000001 sec after my question. But it turns out they have one.ha. Anyway when you need to ask a question, avoid Wendy.she just gets paid.by just standing there. I can do much better than her.

最好逛也是最常去的一間門市，空間比較大，店員也很有禮貌！
常常結帳遇到蕭婆神經病，刁難結帳店員浪費其他人排隊時間
看的店員出來真的很辛苦 每個人抱了一堆衣服奔跑
建議zara主管們教店員可以對客人兇點，服務業真的很辛苦！

When the cashier staff speak too fast and I can't understand her, I asked her to repeat, she gave me a agitated face. Quit your job if you dislike customer service!

Good luck getting any sort of service here. It was a giant mess and the retail staff was almost no where to be found

態度最差的一間，開再101！幾乎每個店員臉都是臭的，收銀的更誇張，完全清一色一號表情，好像我們都是來還債的人！笑一下或是說你好，很難嗎？難怪只能當收銀！累可以換工作，今天我們來Zara不是看你們臉色的，我買zara還要被店員看不起？可笑

我也算是Zara的常客，全台的Zara和國外的也逛的不少，今天去101店陪女兒買衣服，試穿衣服女兒以為衣服件數掛牌要掛外面，拿給我，我跟女兒說掛裡面就好，正拿在手上，試衣間的服務小姐，態度就很差的說，不能拿在手上，連站在試衣間外也被趕，可以好好說，不需要態度那麼差，也是第一次遇到態度不好的，其他的店員態度都很好，因為一顆老鼠屎，壞了一鍋粥，這間Zara很多觀光客去逛，希望不要讓其他國家的人覺得我們台灣的服務態度那麼差

服務超差，沒尺寸請他幫我查看看其它分店有沒有尺寸，他說他沒辦法查要直接去現場，結果到統領分店一樓店員說叫我自己去B1男裝詢問因為他們1F是女裝，也是不幫我查，然後一問之下也沒貨然後他就幫我查到京站分店有貨，明明就可以查，那請問一開始說沒辦法查是怎樣？zara員工到底有多懶？幹嘛騙人！服務有夠差

The staffs were quite friendly here. They helped me find products I want and even recommend me similar style

Wide range of clothing from Men's, Ladies to Kids wear. The designs are awesome and also the price and quality of the clothes are very good. The trial rooms have big mirrors and lightning which gives a very good view. The executives speak both Chinese and English. ZARA is located on two floors.

Good clothing store with many variation of style and price point. Woman clothing is a lot more than man. They also have kids size. There are a lot of formal clothes and suits for working. For accessories they have bags, clutch, shoe socks, parfums, socks and belt. The size of store is big enough for contain many customer in 1 time. In taipei 101 branch, zara use 2 floor of store to fit many product.
