人山民宿

Booked 3 rooms for our group of 7, with specific request for a level 1 room (for 2pax), as there is no elevator (although the staff was more than happy to help with large luggage up the stairs). Note there is only 1 room on level 1, and wheelchair access from outside of homestay to the room looks ok.

Rooms have good space (large luggages ok!), walk-in shower, normal toilet (manual bidet, not electric one). Water temp / pressure / control is good. Our room has a balcony that opens up to back of building (but is nothing much at all).
TV in room has streaming service eg Netflix, but needs a sign-in. The homestay is accessed via the wireless key fob (and also an access code), which also opens your room door (which can be programmed by staff to open with your own access code). There is no staff in attendance after late evening, but still contactable via Line app.

Level 1 has a long communal table for eating etc, and note that indoors are either bare foot / wearing house slippers (provided) ie outdoor shoes left outside main entrance. There is also filtered water (hot / cold), and some complimentary snacks / 3-in-1 beverage packs.
There is no make up room service, but new towels are available for exchange daily (leave them outside your room).

Location is 1min walk from the Taitung Central Market (morning exploration / breakfast), and about 10mins walk from Taitung Night Market / Tiehua Music Village. There is also a large PX MART supermarket next to the Central Market.

Entrance of homestay is rather non descript (as hotel name is on side wall), but it is diagonally opposite a large fruit stall at the junction.

Place is very good value, and makes for a great base to explore Taitung (e.g. Custard apple, aborigine cuisine, cafe in the mountains, music village etc), and 2N is more than enough.

PS - Level 1 staff counter has some very nostalgic Street Fighter 2 items on display.

民宿位於菜市場旁，雖然沒有附設停車場，但附近不到100公尺有公有停車場，晚上9點~早上9點不收費，其餘時間每半小時10元。我們住四樓的4人房，沒有電梯，要自己提行李。老闆人很好，入住時等我們到晚上8點多，還幫我們提行李。

隔音蠻好的，當天整棟滿房，沒有聽見其他房間的聲音，也可能我們是最上層樓的最後面房間，沒有人會經過我們房間，睡了一個好覺，床是加大雙人床，不過覺得枕頭有點太高。

浴室的水很強，環境也很乾淨，最棒的是整個房間有很多插座 (12個) ，很方便大家充電3C產品。

房間大，床也軟硬適中，還有一個小沙發。
由於我們超過八點入住，民宿會傳訊說明如何無人辦理入住，內容詳細，也有示範如何開門的影片，很細心。
唯一狀況是，晚間11-12點洗澡時，可能人多搶水？水忽冷忽熱，不過後來12: 00多後洗臉時，水就持續穩定的熱了。
配合政府政策，民宿沒有提供一次性的牙刷喔，記得要自己帶

忘記拍房間內了，房間跟陽台很大，浴室水壓很大！洗澡很舒服

這次來參加三鐵在這邊住的很舒適。
還有很多讓人補充體力的糧食

地點真的超級方便 老闆也很友善 介紹了不少美食 最推薦離不到60公尺的 麵線糊了（三兄弟麵線超好吃）！
房間乾淨舒適，而且超級多插座可以充電！
只是建議枕頭看可不可以換矮一點的 我們最後因為怕落枕只能拿大浴巾折成合適高度才睡 有點可惜。

之後來玩會想都住在這裡，生活機能非常好

可能來的時候是淡季也不趕著退房

前一陣子和家人去旅行的時候，在網路上訂的民宿
民宿主人很熱情地主動詢問入住的資訊
附近有非常多好吃的東西都可以走路就到了
房間和整體環境來說，都是非常的乾淨
是一個地點非常好，動線很棒的地方

房間很大很寬敞、燈光明亮很舒適
鄰近鬧區去哪都方便、也很好停車
鐵花村、正氣夜市、榕樹下米苔目、阿鋐炸雞通通走路10分鐘內都可以抵達
浴室熱水很熱、蓮蓬頭水超級大管
電視有內建Netflix (不過字幕有點太小
房間隔音有一點點美中不足
（在房間內聽得到一點點? 隔壁房小孩的哭聲、但其實並不影響睡眠品質）

整體來說、下次來台東絕對還是首選

非常舒服溫馨的民宿, 就在市中心離覓食的熱鬧地區約5-10的腳程, 雖然沒有停車場, 但轉角的小路上就有很多車位, 我們這一家分別被安排在一樓和四樓, 我帶著小狗住在一樓, 但絲毫沒有被上下樓的客人干擾, 我想是因為隔音好以及入住的客人都很友善大家都輕聲細語, 若下一次再訪台東, 人山民宿一定是我的第一首選. 最後唯一的小遺憾，房間的枕頭太高很硬，我只好拿羽巾捲成小枕頭．．如果能換成＂曉民宿＂的羽絨枕，　我一定給您滿分１００分！！

而房型是位於一樓的房間
因民宿二人房而言，非常大～話說我是一個人自助，一整個就是讚
唯一缺點沒有停車場，但方便的是，附近就有新生樂活地下停車場～走幾分鐘就到民宿。鄰近步行五分鐘就可以買到阿鋐炸雞⋯等台東必吃美食
