馬尚牛肉麵

We accidentally decided to stop by this beef noodle place, and, as a big surprise, everything ordered was delicious. The lady owner was super friendly and nice, and the service was good and quick.

一開始只是在Google上隨意找的一家，最後點了牛肉麵和小菜，一吃下去！哇～太好吃了！完全比牛肉麵大賽冠軍都好吃！
我還問老闆娘可以去比賽看看！但她卻說「不用！因為只想開個麵店不搞的很有名」，我馬上被老闆娘的這句話驚訝到，竟然有人知道可以讓店比較有名的方法，但卻不去做。
所以大家有空一定要來吃看看老闆娘的牛肉麵！真的太好吃了！重點是牛肉是自家養的黃牛，青菜是闆娘種的！湯底是大陸退伍老兵的配方！真的是可以一直來一直來的麵店！

Phenomenal. The noodles (and broth) are the stars of the show. The noodles are springy, chewy, slippery, with no floury taste. They are absolutely gorgeous.
The broth is rich and well balanced, but not overpowering. The meat cut is fine. Best bowl I’ve had. Including some famous ones in Taipei. I got the small bowl. It’s big enough. But the noodles are sooooo incredible and perfectly cooked that you’ll want the large instead. I saw the lady assembling the bowl in the kitchen. Just like ramen! Was surprised. Seasoning and fat in the bowl. Broth in. Etc.

Did not stink of Maggie or msg. This is a must try. Be careful: the chilli is hot!

老闆娘很nice!

自認為是大胃王，然後大小碗只差20元，所以點了大的還切了小菜，結果大碗硬是把他吃完，小菜則是打包。

大碗和小碗牛肉麵只差在麵。
大碗：兩坨
小碗：一坨

牛肉超級軟嫩！老闆娘說牛都是自己養的，而且是草飼！上面的美生菜是當地小農（阿嬤）種的。

有經過一定要停！

手工麵條Q又香
湯頭也非常好喝不會膩
肉雖然不是肉塊那種的但是入口即化連咬都不用
以紅燒來說是我吃過最好吃的
注意他們有加香菜不喜歡香菜的要提前跟老闆說

還不錯但不到驚為天人的程度，一碗160小碗的牛肉麵我覺得偏貴，牛肉是片的量算少，路過嘗鮮即可

本來對馬路旁的店家沒有抱太大的期待，直到吃了一口牛肉湯餃後驚為天人，湯頭和牛肉都屌打台北好多家知名牛肉麵店～ 評論數量還很少因為闆娘才剛學會用map 誠摯推薦給大家，請多捧場不要讓好店家消失了～
