彩虹蔬食 Rainbow Vegetarian

After travelling almost 3 months in Taiwan, I was so fortunate to eat two meals every day at this restaurant during a workaway project in Changbin. Being a fan of vegetarian food this special kitchen showed me how wonderful spices and sources can enhance all the ingredients we were served for lunch and dinner. New vegetables have been discovered and taste pairings I never would have thought of myself. No pictures can describe how much I liked it, now go try it for yourself!

能在這麼偏遠的地方吃到這麼有能量的食物已經快落淚了，老闆娘還特地為孩子客制把沙拉改成手捲和優格蘋果派，吃完好舒服。

加點很有特色外銷國外的水果珍珠，畫下完美ending。

We hadn't made a reservation (tip: always do that by phone or send a message), but the owner did her utmost to prepare a meal for us anyway. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the food is tasty and the service is good.

餐點用料超實在，好看又好吃。主食還用可食用的食物裝飾。

在地不錯的蔬食料理，採預約制。餐點有前菜、湯品、主菜、飯後水果及甜點，個人點的是綠咖哩整體服務可以是說相當滿意，老闆娘也蠻用心的在講解料理。

環境與餐點都給人清新的幸福感，

我吃過一個多禮拜雪芬的素食。她的食材，醬料，和烹飪的方法，已經超出一般素食好幾倍的功力。沒有二十年以上的親身體驗，是做不出來的。她的素食是真正的享受。
