竹北嘉豪電器維修、家電快修（仁義市場93號） / 竹北-嘉豪電器維修站

位於竹北仁義市場的嘉豪電器維修站，是一家專門修理小家電的店家。
最近將家裡使用了4.5年的Panasonic EH-CNA99吹風機送去維修，老闆迅速檢查後，發現是馬達故障，經過更換後，吹風機又能正常運轉了。

老闆的維修技術很不錯，價格也實惠，讓我非常滿意。
與老闆聊天過程，才知道光是Panasonic的吹風機，他就維修過不計其數，似乎近年來Panasonic的吹風機耐用度不如以往。

題外話，我家母親的達新牌吹風機，很陽春沒什麼功能，但30多年來，還是正常使用，實在是令人驚訝。

烤箱維修跑了5趟都無法修好。1/16第一次維修更換控溫器及保險絲並取回；1/18烤箱加熱緩慢及控溫器異常第二次維修；1/19取回；1/23控溫器仍異常第三次維修；1/25取回仍未修好。專業度有待加強，甚至認為是零件商提供的材料有問題，沒有認真找尋問題之所在，是非常另人失望的的維修經驗。老闆雖然退錢了事，但因此所耗費的時間及勞力成本老闆是否也須賠償？縱使不願意賠償，老闆應該要提出誠懇的道歉！
老闆，不好意思，沒有下次再請你服務的機會了！

在美國買的Vitamix 6300右邊開關不能動，左邊瞬轉功能是好的，代表刀片没問題。FB詢問老闆，老闆說帶去給他看，代表還有希望。
老闆研究一下，換個開關，才3分鐘就把故障排除。實在太專業了，服務態度又好。大推！

一開始老闆說没材料没法修，後來看我特地去找他修，他試試。建議小家電還是帶去現場，有帶有希望。

The proprietor provides excellent service even though he couldn't repair my kettle, although I will caveat that his idea of safety may not match yours. I detail why I write this in my experience below.

I brought my electric kettle here as it wouldn't power on. After taking it apart, he found that the wire connection between the power inlet and the heat element had been severed. It had originally been welded together but it seems the weld was brittle and it had been severed although it did not look like so visually. He proceeded to attempt a repair, replacing a wire and correctly choosing to use a metal clamp (instead of attempt at soldering or welding), but then realized he did not have a large enough clamp and asked me to come back next week.

Fast forward one week, all the required wires were clamped together. In the course of the repair work, I observed and raised my concern that some of the wires were loose and ran the risk of coming into contact (upon reassembly) with the heat element and the repair would not last. He ignored my concern, reassured me it would be fine, reassembled it, and tested it in front of me. It did work, so I paid the TWD 100 repair fee and went home.

At home, I filled up the kettle and powered it on. It completed one cycle of water boiling but there was an intense smell of melted/burnt plastic afterwards. A short while later, when I tried to boil more water, it failed to power on. When I returned to the shop with the kettle, I asserted that his approach to the repair could not safely and sustainably repair my kettle. He agreed and returned my money.

冰箱會漏水，請老闆過來家裡修理，老闆說排水管整個結冰，老闆很有耐心的用熱開水慢慢把冰塊溶化，甚至用嘴巴吸水管難溶化的冰塊出來，。一邊修理也一邊解釋冰箱問題，真的是非常nice的老闆啊！非常推薦的好老闆喔，也謝謝老闆把冰箱修理好
