法孚倒閉了，原先說去年年底會把剩下租金退回來，現在已經一月底了，想問問有誰也沒拿到租金？

倒閉就算了，
沒退租金，也沒留聯絡方式是在幹嘛？

良心建議, 如果喜歡101, 那就努力一點直接在101大樓裡上班, 千萬不要來這裡租辦公室, 會後悔死的!
租金貴又沒有什麼優惠, 誰上班每天都在看VIEW? 每天都有一些奇奇怪怪的人出入, 常常看到一堆人在露台抽煙吃檳榔, 一點都不像正常的商務辦公室, 還有狗會跑來跑去, 上次還聽到租客反應狗叫太吵, 也沒看到改善
櫃台換人速度之快, 感覺公司內部問題很大, 也在公用區聽到裡面員工討論沒領到薪水的事, 感覺很不穩, 退押金還要等, 合約根本是看假的~

後期有遇到幾個櫃台還不錯, 蠻會做事的, 可惜後面回去拿信, 又換人了, 還好已經搬走了, 只能說要租這裡慎思~~

There is also a digital printshop close by that can take care of your printing needs that a office printer cannot handle. Underground parking is NT$60/hour, however the maximum charge is NT$170/Day, if your clients is coming just for a short period of time there are also a lot of outdoor street or public parking around the office building.
