I love this place. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.the trainer are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable.the 45min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it.everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on my fitness journey. More than my expectation for whom needs to build muscle.

New location on my workout training fitness, nice environment, from the boss, to the staff are kind and are willing to help. I'm certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience

Low in cost, lot of cardio machines available and good weight area, INSTRUCTORS FOR THE VARIOUS CLASSES ARE GOOD. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend personal training as well as coach training with the diversity equipment! Every staff speaks English well and is super professional. Gym is big enough and the equipment is relatively new. The boss is super nice and kind, the receptionists are helpful

Well equipped and maintained boutique gym with a family-like atmosphere! High end equipment from Rogue makes this functional fitness gym my favorite! This place feels super welcoming to athletes and gym goers from all kind of backgrounds and it’s always a pleasure hitting the weights here!

High Quality Gym, Equipments have a good condition and people are nice to one another like a friendly community. It’s very clean and lowkey gym!

Start to exercise 3-4years ago, still feel this is a sweet place with professional coach and trainee teach us heavy weight and aerobic actions.

看到外牆1分鐘$1廣告，想來試用看看，櫃檯小姐拿隻麥克風一直唱，嗯嗯喔喔不知道在講什麼。接待櫃檯比我家狗籠還凌亂，搞到最後，原來$1/分場地根本還沒營業，但好險還沒營運，櫃檯是一家企業門面，看到這種素質，不要浪費錢比較好：）

If you are in Taipei only for a short star and need a cross-fit gym, this is a good place to go. They let me sign up for just a month.

I didn’t have the chance to join in their group exercise though, but my friend highly recommended it.

Was traveling for business and came across Core Space while in the neighborhood. I am glad I did! Attended their group classes and they were amazing. Everyone from the trainers and front desk staff, to the owner (George), are some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met! Do yourself a favor and stop in if you're in town or live in Taipei!

Can't say enough about this place. George is wonderful and he makes you feel like you are at your own home gym. We were visiting and my son needed to row. George hooked us up with week long passes and my son got to row while I got some great workouts in. They have nice equipment, a spotless changing room and lots of other amenities that made this gym a true gift to work out in. Again, I can't lay enough praise on this place. If your visiting Taipei and need to get some workouts in, hit up George and he'll get you set up.

Trainers are very good! Nice place~ even I’m a tourist but the trainers and staffs are still very friendly and helpful.

No machines here.
Dropping fee is 400 NT.
Relatively spacious in general with a clean shower and change rooms.
