Dark Palace Taiwanese Gourmet / 黑殿飯店(右岸店)

Even though I don't understand the language, it's nice that they kindly explained everything to me and helped me place my order. When I asked about the drink menu, they directly showed me that they had blanc and traditional teas, and it was a clean place overall.

This place looks old, I can imagine Chang Kai Shek asking his wife if she’d like to go on an incognito date to try a commoners luxury meal.
Madame Chang didn’t eat pork and they were out of chicken that day. They had to settle for the special: Signature beef tripe and shank ramen.
Getting dressed for the ocasión was a complicated matter, they had to get in disguise without overdoing it. The staff had to pretend they didn’t recognize them and the couple make like they were normal, it was a very uncomfortable situation for everyone.

They enjoyed the food and the rumor of this meal saved the restaurant many years later when it was facing foreclosure after a costumer found a dead rat floating in the stew. The manager said it was just beef tripes that hadn’t been properly cooked. Today the place is thriving and enjoying then patronage of Danshuiers.

這一家聽很久了，第一次進來吃，在進來之前就聽說他的價位不便宜，由於他的地點離淡水捷運站很近，很多過路客，在進來之前大家說他最有名的是排骨飯，一份排骨飯要125元，說真的不值得，排骨還沒連鎖正忠排骨飯好吃，唯有厲害的酸菜配炸醬，當鋪底，不然真的很嘔，雞腿飯135我覺得OK, 因為整體搭配起來比排骨飯好吃太多了，小菜真的不怎麼樣又貴，如果我來淡水，我不會專程來吃這家，整體CP值真的太低，至少要好吃，貴沒有關係。

我對這個餐廳的評論必須取決你是什麼年齡層的人而定，如果是十五年前就讀大學的我，份量與口味都是中上的，然而價格可以想見因為追求優秀的用餐環境—已經對於大學生來說並不是適合日常用餐的範圍。

炸雞腿本身屬於中式快餐店的好模範，外皮口感酥脆，肉質柔軟（但不能說有彈性）、也不會醃製太鹹，蛋炒飯屬於較軟濕的口感。

牛筋很好吃但同樣不便宜。

Pork chop is too dry, soup sauce noodle 大滷麵 is more like Taiwanese style 肉羹麵 although taste was good.

排骨太乾，大滷麵太像台式肉羹麵了。

大推～醬飯和滷味！
醬飯和滷味的味道比排骨、雞腿更好吃！餐點份量很多⋯女生可以叫一碗大滷湯+一個餐⋯兩人一起吃就夠了。
所有的餐點都不錯吃，但因為有名氣，所以會被更嚴格檢視。
PS: 漲價有點多～價格沒以前親民⋯但還是比其他觀光區便宜啦！（或許是因為以前很便宜，所以那麼有名）

尋飽老店！特色的大排骨? 加上炸醬及酸菜，大大的一碗，霸氣十足，滿足附近學生‍‍、球友️‍️️‍️、車友‍️‍️的飽食天堂，餓了！來就對了！

我是老在地人，其實我滿不喜歡現在的黑殿的菜色，希望此店能恢復20年前老黑店時期的經營方式和口味且現在價位很不親民 (我是從老黑店一碗排骨飯60元開始吃的) 煮得也很敷衍客人以及分店裡頭的環境說真的走了走都感覺地上都是油油的連桌上也是一樣，煩請此店衛生部份請改進，至於服務品質方面是沒問題的，謝謝。
