A recent visit to this local driving range turned into a terrible experience.

I've been a loyal customer for three years and have never encountered any issues until now.

After purchasing a prepaid package of 20 buckets. I was shocked to find out that I had to use all of them in one day, despite no indication of this policy on the price board. The staff, to make things worse, were inflexible and refused to let me keep the unused buckets. I had only used 10 buckets that day, making the other 10 a waste (paid BTW).

The facility had not improved in the three years that I had been a customer, and the price of the buckets had increased. I was disappointed with the overall customer service and hope that they reconsider their policy to become more accommodating to customers in the future.

服務台態度熱情且專業，買6盒還送彈珠台一次，運氣好可以再多抽到2盒球；環境乾淨整潔，通風舒服，還有專業的工坊可以諮詢跟調整，唯一小缺點可能就是距離稍短，一樓雖然可以開driver, 但是要注意力道，不小心會飛過網。

環境優、服務人員態度親切

但打球就認真打自己的球，不要對其他人品頭論足，尤其是那些球技不錯的老常客
「他的球技只有這樣了啦」，「你剛剛有看到他打的那球嗎」，練習場顧名思義就是來練習的，誰不是從零開始練起來的？
沒必要講這些話干擾他人想練習的心

此處環境整潔收費平價且備有免費停車場，真是運動的好地方。

可以管制抽煙到球館外面嗎？ 不然打球還有吸二手菸
