Venice Garden Motel

I had to stay here for about a week.
The staff is very, very nice. Specially one of the staffs tried her best to speak in English (or even my native language) to me, and looked after me too in case I needed anything. Personally, this kind of people change your experience anywhere. I am very thankful. 感謝。

The hotel is very near to Luodong station, and it is not noisy when sleeping, which is important in Taiwan. My room had an old jacuzzi, nothing spectacular but interesting.

Following this, the room itself has some other old stuff but I personally did not mind it very much. By the way, if when leaving the hotel you turn right (not to the train station*) and find the underway that crosses the railway (kind of underground path), you can easily reach Luodong Park in about five minutes.

If you use this for coming to Taiwan in 2022 (you know what I mean), it is very good because you have two floors to walk and it is very spacious, the bathroom is big too.

Edit. I had good WiFi, comfortable bed, shower and bathtub and water worked perfectly.

我不是房客，但身為台灣人我有必要為來台隔離的外國朋友發聲。想對業主說：請加強清潔和除濕除霉還有通風的問題 (據反應味道難聞) ，勿得過且過，有失台灣顏面 (ㄧ天2000元的住宿也應值得一個普通乾淨的居住環境) 。想告知正在考慮住宿的人：如果在意衛生問題，請先參考以下照片再考慮是否入住。

跟太太在這住了幾天, 旅館的每一位工作人員都很親切。

服務也很周到, 旅館提供的餐點有變化、不重複且都很好吃, 能深刻感覺到經營團隊的用心。

重要的衛生設備如枕頭、床、棉被都非常乾淨, 床包和床墊中間還添加了隔離軟墊, 衛生滿分!

周圍環境很好, 無論是熊貓或者uber eats都有非常多種選擇, 櫃台人員送餐也非常迅速, 通常外送一到就馬上打電話通知, 非常滿意旅館人員的服務!

如果下次要住羅東, 這是我們會再回來住的優質旅店。

My wife and I stayed in Jim's Garden Hotel for several nights.

Very nice staff, very good service, the people here care about you when talking to you. The hotel provides various meals and the only thing in common is that they are very delicious. We could completely feel the new management team's heart running the business.

Pillows, bed mattress and comforter are clean. They also provide mattress pads and it smells brand new.

You'll have plenty of choices when using foodpanda or Uber eats because the location is wonderful (close to the night market). The staff are very friendly and will help deliver once your order arrives at the cashier.

This is a very lovely hotel that we will definitely visit again if we have a chance to visit Loudong in the future.

手機充電器兩個忘了帶走 早上退房中午打去問說沒看到可能被其他客人拿走. 怎麼可能打掃人員都沒看到 太誇張了

房間及浴室方面，空間比其他旅館大很多，且品質佳
適合商務人士入住，下班後有回到家的感覺

在網路訂房，元旦入住2980車庫型，訂完房看了評價很傻眼，有小強有阿飄有臭味的，整個超想取消訂房，但是已經過了免費取消期限，網路也說已經換過新業者，又是寵物友善旅館，只好如期入住，住了之後整體感覺都很好，清潔度跟服務都算滿意，天氣冷～房務還送來乾淨的厚棉被，很溫馨～這裡除了設備有些老舊，下次有機會還會帶小寶貝來，希望新業者能加強內部除舊佈新，就完美了。

交通方便！停車空間很大！換新的經營團隊後，房間的清潔度和服務都提昇了！Mini bar的內容太邪惡了！好喜歡！
