是由德國人和他的台灣妻子一起經營的德國料理餐廳，
將道地的傳統德式料理呈現給台灣。
這家各式手工德國香腸都很好吃並且各具其獨特風味，

豬腳大塊，軟嫩，皮不會硬，吃完也不覺得膩，搭配老闆特製的酸菜更對味，但要提前打電話預訂
德式香腸有三種不同的口味，跟台灣吃到的很不一樣
若擔心都沒有青菜也可以點一道沙拉喔！
啤酒種類多，也不會苦，若剛好遇上慕尼黑啤酒節還會有其他的啤酒選擇
店家剛好在推銷甜鬆餅就嘗試看看，鬆餅是一塊一塊的，口感鬆軟，搭配糖霜和特製沾醬，不會太甜，想來點甜點的人，可以嘗試看看
以上三個人吃感覺有吃飽，不會太撐，但平均一個人要700-800元

地點好，停車方便，裝潢用心。 餐點非常到底而且好吃。 價格跟德國當地接近但是份量是德國的一半或是三分之一。 燉牛肉好吃，但是份量少，建議便宜的馬鈴薯多給一點，讓整體看起來也沒那麼少量。 加錢點了焗烤馬鈴薯泥， 焗烤是冷的，份量少，還直接放在燉牛肉的盤子裡。 感覺沒有很衛生，而且焗烤盤的水把燉牛肉醬汁弄淡了。還有蘋果汽水半杯都是冰塊德國沒在加冰塊的，點飲料一定要讓他們去冰。 老闆年輕，不會中文。 但是建議老闆還是可以多跟客人有所互動。 另外德國友人建議Radler通常是加Pils 不是用 Weißbier

Home-made sausages are all good! And the mashed potato and the smoky pork are awesome! Can’t believe we can taste this delicious German dishes in Kaohsiung! Cost is fair and service is good. Highly recommend to those who want to try yummy food other than local foods.

After living 3 months in Kaohsiung, finding this place was like paradise! Everything is delicious, homemade food and also german products! The decoration and the music is really nice! Totally recommend, I felt like in Germany

The food is really good and the price is reasonable. The clerks and the owner of the shop are extremely friendly. Having a meal here is quite pleasant.

Molto buono specialità tedesche. Le salsicce sono molto fresche perché le fà il propietario. Birra wery good, il locale molto accogliente.

The best German restaurant in Kaohsiung hands down! You would have to go to Germany proper have better.and even that would be hard. The owner, Pascal and his wife give the best service and make customers feel like old friends or family. So treat yourself! Go to the German Soul! The prices are great! Enjoy The German Soul!

Fantastic owner (and his lovely wife) and food is of such a high quality with excellent portion sizes. Ate here often either at the restaurant or as a take away! Highly recommended.

A rich man's feast at a poor man's prices. What more do you need? Bursting with intense flavors and alluring aromas. First glance suggests most of the items on the menu were modestly priced. Should definitely check this place out with friends and family.
