吞拿魚蓉也有炙燒
可以在上給客人前才炙
燒亦可再多一點
油香會更多

在西門町找到這店子 很好! 希望試 omakase

柚香蘿蔔,酸的剛剛好,小布吃的停不下來

我不太會品嚐日本料理,但今天吃的無菜單料理每道都很好吃,握壽司也比以往吃到的好吃很多,以前我都把生魚片跟飯分開吃,因為一起吃都沒味道,但瞞著爹的卻有融合在一起,飯跟肉的比例抓的很好,飯也有些微調味過,很好吃!

然後這次是訂包廂位置,不需要加額外費用,環境很有氣氛,裝潢簡單優雅,很適合三五好友喝酒聊天,真的超棒的!

2022/09 造訪,挺意外評論會這麼慘烈,以當日壽星被親友招待的體驗來說是相當好的
當日板前就只有我們一組客人,師傅的食材介紹、互動都相當良好,唯一可惜的是在其中一貫壽司中吃到魚刺,若是在日本的話應該要切腹或是土下座才對但就只有個「啊 不好意思」
自釀的梅酒口味也很棒,適合喜歡酒感濃厚的人
整體而言很不錯,是會願意再訪的選項,一樣可能會挑冷門時段不多人的時候用餐,或許師傅的出餐水準就會保持這麼好!

外場服務生很專業很貼心100分
師傅很用心也細細說明也100分
環境很棒一瞬間以為自己真的在日本
不知不覺就待了三個半小時
很舒服又暢快的一餐

This place use to be our must go destination whenever we are in Taipei and it has been nearly 2 years since our last visit. I must say my wife and I were extremely disappointed at the quality of the ingredients. This place sadly is no longer special for us and we doubt we will be returning in the future.

在西門町的巷弄裡,Google 一下不難找到,點了三份不同的丼飯;一份全熟的星鰻魚丼,另兩份為生魚片等級的,鮭魚別魚星鰻丼, 甜蝦海膽干貝丼,魚骨味増湯(大推,CP值超高,魚骨肉也很足,60元一大碗),明太子唐揚炸雞,海鮮不管是生或全熟都很新鮮好吃,丼飯使用日本米,調味的剛好,無需再調味;食材部份很好吃,但用餐環境有點太昏暗狹窄,不過喜歡氣氛佳的朋友,或許覺得很有情境.

服務親切,待人和善,很用心把他的工作角色扮演好,介紹詳細對的東西,, 都會在第一間時間處理客人需求, 第一次來這邊,往往看的是最基本的服務態度,不然無法真正感覺被尊重, 這裡是情侶來這的好地方之一, 如要安排行程
又怕太安靜的這裡是好選擇~*

在東區值得一試的壽司店

壽司普遍的調味都不錯,有一兩貫壽司的味道比較可惜。

透過食材特色發揮的味道,變化都很豐富。

節奏上有點難以拿捏,因為餐點從不同料理台不同由不同的師傅準備,用餐的節奏可以更好。

每一道都用心製作也滿有賣相,食材的種類也很豐富。不過沒有一道是特別突出讓人可以回味再三。

有一點不知道最近有沒有改善,就是訂位時間到了之後,還讓客人在外等很久才能進門,不知道在等誰.

Nothing disappointing but nothing surprising neither. 4 price range for omakase dinner, we picked 2nd highest one ($3,800 + 10%), food was a lot more than enough. Quality is not bad, everything was fresh and nice, but just that none of the dish gave me this “OMG this is so nice” feeling at all.

Just soso given the price and was expecting a bit more. Chosen 1680 lunch omakase set. Sashimis not too impressive especially tried better 旗魚sashimi in some cheaper local shops.

Tried some raw fish sushi which I haven’t tried before. Maybe I am not used to it but it just doesn’t impress me anyway. The cooked food are more impressive. Steamed egg with truffles, and the grilled fish did taste well! Dessert tastes ok but not surprising.

Overall, won’t re-visit in my opinion.

生魚片的魚肉已經燙熟、
涼拌章魚很難咬斷(太韌)、
整個環境說不出是復古還是破舊、
松露蒸蛋加上紫蘇不太對味、
服務人員對於食材好像很不熟、
還是很不懂同一桌為何只能點同一價位的套餐?

被搞砸的生日餐!
留給觀光客去就好!

我們是香港黎既情侶,幾日前第一次食既感覺唔係太好握壽司又細味道又普通,1680台幣都唔算平感覺食迴轉壽司都比較值,最好笑既係隔離果台黎慶祝老婆生日,嗌左2980套餐睇黎居然比我地既難食,最後佢地仲話以為我地嗌4600既餐,建議如果想食嗌最平既餐就ok,會有最貴既感覺. 替隔離夫妻感到遺憾,哈

早一個月前訂位,今晚去左,服務好好,一吃完自動有人收走碟同埋斟茶。有得坐壽司枱,睇住師傅逐件整同埋講解,驚我地聽唔明仲專登學講有關材料的廣東話讀音。

店內香港人好多,但師傅冇因為語言問題而待慢我地,見到我地吃得好開心時,佢地都好滿足。大家感覺很良好。

材料很新鮮,入口很好,很有驚喜。雖然是3800台幣,但有物超所值。

是一次很良好的體驗。

Famous for omakase. Didn’t expect to be sitting on 2/F when sushi bar was on 1/F. Total lack of communication with the sushi chef. Not quite a satisfactory omakase experience and I wondered if it was still omakase save that I didn’t get to order what exactly to eat. The food was fairly good but I didn’t quite enjoy the seasoning on fish. The only exception was truffle oil on grouper sushi. Who doesn’t like truffle oil? That said, I have to admit I didn’t really think truffle oil should be used on sushi. When its strong flavour became the only taste left, it defeated the purpose of eating fish raw. I read from some reviews that the politeness of staff was a frequent subject of complaint. I did not have such problem at all. As I saw it, they were quite nice. I would rate their service 4-star. It was the way they were taught to introduce food that got 1 star deducted. Please don’t keep telling people you cooked the sauce for 5 hours or how many ingredients you have used. Not only was it annoying, it did not necessarily mean good food was cooked that way. I left this restaurant with a full belly, only because I was half full when I came. The portion was arguably sufficient and that’s what quite a few reviewers were complaining. Having regard what I ate, there was little doubt that it was excessively overpriced and way too overrated. I was glad that I was talked out of picking the most expensive dinner plan. I definitely wouldn’t come again and would NOT recommend this “omakase” sushi shop.

4月29日三人光顧,原本滿心期待,但最終是失望而回。三星期前致電訂位時說壽司枱已經滿坐,要坐上層日本地蓆。入席時見有四人位置是沒客人的,離開時都是沒有人坐。不明白為什麼說客滿?因為我是海外客戶?

總結是,如果100分滿分,暪著嗲有20分!10分是有供應食物,10分是進餐地方寛敞。
雖然是預訂NT$2980的平價菜單,但不應是’爭先壽司‘的質素(不高質素),暪著嗲不是無菜單料理只是餐廳刺身套餐,沒服務,吃不飽,沒心思,沒特色,是過去無菜單料理經驗最差的一次,如果要比較,’一期一會‘比起暪著嗲‘好很多很多很多。只少一期一會材料是新鮮,有特色!
連天婦羅及甜點都沒有!不敢想像是一間無菜單料理!只可以算是,食堂的刺身套餐吧!

總之暪著嗲是一次都不用去,永不再光顧。
網絡很多不實評論評價,打手!說什麼好食,簡直胡說八道!
要暪著嗲?是否因為會有辱家門?這次算我倒楣吧!
下次再試別的

食物:
前菜是紅豆湯煮八爪魚,八爪魚是焾的不韌,但沒什麼味道。然後小杯不知是什麼的的糊狀物體,沒解釋,估計是山藥+不知什麼. 味道是還可以的!但服務就真的沒有了!
之後就三片沒味道的刺身,一片螺一片鯖花一片油甘魚,吃完已覺不妙。再來就是似‘爭先’買回來的五件生魚片壽司+兩件姆指一半大小的蛋件,看到就是嚇一跳,魚片很乾及沒味道,沒有由淡味至濃味的分別,全是沒什麼味道,口感大置相同。
然後就是紫菜包著4L大少的半熟燒帶子,我見了就是驚嚇,和我家雪櫃內的日本帶子刺身沒分比,比自己買的還少一點。
跟著就是紫菜包著馬糞海膽及鮪魚拖羅,但只吃到海膽味,海膽蓋過其他味到,真的很失敗!
其實,只要將海膽配上山藥做一個小碟就已經是很好的一道菜了!再分開鮪魚拖羅分開,就可以吃到兩種不同味道了,暪著嗲的師傅真的功夫不到!

然後服務員就跟我說,還剩燒魚及水果就完了,我當時真的很驚嚇,雖然只是訂了NT$2980套餐,但不至於,要吃’爭先‘程度的外帶壽司吧?還有份量少得很。

我們直接跟服務員表示不飽,才追加了一客湯及兩件切了的壽司卷。連天婦羅及甜點都沒有!不敢想像是一間無菜單料理!

Excellent. The trick was to give you so many tasty dishes to eat but feel disappointed when it was all over. Remember it's cash only though.

Nice ambience and staff, but what you get served does not do justice to the price tag. Won't be returning as there is a plethora of better omakase restaurants in this part of town. Paid 3800 for a very unsatisfying lunch, pity. One star for the food, the two stars for the service.
