Le Ruban Pâtisserie / 法朋烘焙甜點坊

首次吃到貴坊的蛋黃酥，一盒9顆，乍看顆顆金黃飽滿很漂亮，但拿起食用發現高達4顆紅豆餡直接呈現底部撐破餅皮部分內餡外露，有2顆餅皮略有不均下方收口的某側特別薄裂了小縫，外觀肉眼明顯可以看到，個人覺得是瑕疵品不該湊數放在盒內，餅皮底部有鹽巴顆粒，看介紹是特色之一，個人是覺得直接把鹽巴顆粒沾在或灑在外皮，吃起來有幾口特別鹹，鹽巴粒像咬到砂影響口感，總之可能不合本人對蛋黃酥的標準。

被稱之為「神級蛋黃酥」真的當之無愧，跟陳耀訊一樣邪惡呀！如果不是因為取得不易，每天來一顆很可以。
外皮層層堆疊、酥脆口感，內餡，蛋黃&紅豆泥的比例剛剛好，不會過油，一口咬下，香氣四溢，幸福感立馬飆升。
另外現場也會有當季、季節限定商品，螞蟻人們，千萬別錯過。不小心可能會買過量喔！

法朋的蛋糕跟大福都是每年必買的產品，今年更是好不容易搶到聯名款的蛋黃酥一盒，網友說的訂購問題也都有遇到，但相信法朋已經努力在改進了，希望法朋更精進自己的系統，加油！

當天意外剛好趕上排隊買大福，一人是限購兩盒，等於6顆，一顆80元，當天也有買其他聖誕節氣氛的蛋糕很可愛和很好吃，大福不像一般的紅豆草莓大福，反而是草莓蛋糕作為大福的內餡，外皮非常好吃，適合嘗試看看！

蛋糕並沒有評論說的那麼好吃
法朋的鮮奶油雖然不會很膩 但也不到清爽 (吃第二塊會有點負擔的程度)
12月初的草莓也還不夠甜不夠香，吃起來有點酸
整體味道最重的反而是內餡的草莓醬 (偏酸 不喜歡
海綿蛋糕也有點乾
整體是一顆中規中矩草莓蛋糕 但有點貴
我心裡還有更好吃的鮮奶油蛋糕
估計不會再回購

We were there in the morning when the shop just opened. The bakery was packed with people. The pastries and cakes are OK but not sure worth the wait.

Bought a Lemon Glazed Cake last night for my wife's birthday celebration. Both of us always enjoy cakes a lot, yet we don't want cakes to be over sweet. Le Ruban did a great job on that cake.
The sugar glaze was sweet (of course it's sugar after all, compared to cakes made in somewhere else, it was already not sweet at all though) but since the cake itself was not that sweet and it came with the smell of lemon and slightly sour flavor, even taking a bite with the sugar glaze on the cake, it was pretty balanced.

Frankly speaking, it was a plain style cake. It didn't have fancy decorations or plenty of chocolate on it. However, I do like the look of the cake due to the way they made it, elegant and simple.

There were a lot of customers inside, yet in my case the staffs were polite and friendly. Happy to revisit some other time.

45元的小檸檬塔才是這店cp值最高的，味道也最重，老奶奶檸檬蛋榚只有外皮有點味道，內層厚厚的，就是一般蛋榚。可推薦到台中公益路1% bakery這家店的檸檬磅蛋榚，外層味重且內層還有檸檬味…
另外槭風檸檬蛋榚…實在不推，很一般，一小塊65元，稱不上名符實歸。

I think is overrated, nothing special, poor service! The deserts are not fresh!
服務超差 甜點尚可 衛生有待加強

全台北最好吃的蛋糕在這兒! 22階千層蛋糕. 草莓塔. 千層派都超級美味~~可惜外場服務較弱~ (去現場吃下午茶. 已經跟櫃台指定好了蛋糕. 但小姐竟然忘了. 把我的蛋糕賣給別的客人. 偏偏又是最後一個蛋糕.)

前一天去店裡買蛋糕請店員寄送，已付現，也有收到單據，隔天竟收到簡訊說未收到匯款，若下午4點前未匯款訂單即取消，打去客服的態度也不好，開頭就直問幾號取蛋糕，不聽我講，最後確認是他們的失誤卻連一句不好意思都沒說，理直氣壯的感覺，感受不是很好，蛋糕好吃是好吃，但服務態度真得需要加強

從捷運信義安和站步行過去，約10分鐘之內，也算方便，在安靜巷弄內的店家。可以外帶以及內用，蛋糕類非常精緻，千層派是薄薄甜香的好滋味，鮮奶油也還可以，內用每人低消是200元，而且店內座位非常狹小，不算舒適。外帶的老奶奶檸檬蛋糕，確實是內層綿密有水份、外層檸檬糖霜甜酸可口，倍受大家歡迎。最後，生意好的時候，店員的笑容是少了點，不過無礙蛋糕的美味。

造訪過數次，大致上相當滿意，時常會有新口味的蛋糕可供選擇，價格比較貴，且內用需另收10%服務費，但位子並不是太舒適空間也比較狹窄，人一多的話也有點吵，但大部分的蛋糕都非常好吃，茶的話就是很一般的茶，沒有什麼特別之處，但配著蛋糕吃還是很解膩的，偶爾有幾樣蛋糕吃起來比較普通，有時會賣裝飾得很可愛的冰淇淋，也算好吃但有點太甜了。

Small bakery with very nice selection of fine baked goods. Some pieces are traditional and some quite different. Gets crowded and very few tables so don't plan to stay unless it is off hours.

實際店面內用座位很少
比較像是以外帶為主的店家
但覺得外帶部分可以再改進包裝
保冷度和防碰撞可再加強

每樣甜點看起來都想吃看看、選擇性多樣 精緻度夠 吃起來口感很有特色有層次感、戶外區有提供桂園茶很香很濃。蛋糕類的價位約在150～180店裡用餐需加收1成服務費。
除了蛋糕類還有許多手工餅乾跟磅蛋糕 可麗露 塔類甜點.

蛋糕香氣十足. 口感細膩. 用料新鮮. 瑪德蓮出乎意料的好吃. 缺點就是購買的動線流程規劃不佳, 蛋糕櫃前如有小朋友佔據, 建議服務人員應該要規勸, 不然怎麼挑選蛋糕? 而且結帳時就要講所選的蛋糕是哪款, 會讓人很緊張與急迫~

Came for the lemon pound cake recommended by Taiwanese IG food blogger but nope too overrated. The cake is soft and not dry, but the lemon flavor can only be tasted from the glaze on top of the cake. Sponge is just egg sponge. Ordered another cake 漫步 - 3/5. Looks better than it taste.

It’s true that staffs didn’t bother much about customers except for shouting the default greetings - wasn’t inform about process of ordering / 內用 till I approached the counter with the tray & ordered another slice of cake, then she asked if I’m having here or taking away. She then proceeded w asking if I want any drink to go with without showing me the drinks menu.

Overheard there’s a minimum spending of NT200 for each pax thou.

For the price vs quality and the service standard.nope won’t be back.
