住宿價格很便宜，如果懶了不想搭帳篷

有個地方洗澡睡覺，我覺得很不錯

廚房用具也很齊全

公共空間、頂樓空間也很棒

有睡眠障礙或者要求過高的，建議找飯店比較適合

對於背包客旅宿，本來就不會抱持太高的標準看待，我覺得乾淨是最重要的，但看完其他人的評價，似乎業者也沒有改善。

1. 廁所＋浴室混合一起，只有兩間太少，洗澡排隊等很久，而且超級髒！非常噁心⋯
2. 公共區域、走廊的地板都是沙子和頭髮
3. 旅宿缺乏管理，聽到其他房客聊天，多帶兩人回房間過夜
4. 房間的棉被只有一層薄被單，比我自己帶的浴巾還薄
5. 二樓某間房的門壞了，其他旅客關不上，都只能用力關，造成很大的聲音

Best money spent in my life! But seriously! One day we thought we wanted to try surfing and the next day we did. I can only recommend WaGaLiGong Dulan Surf & SUP House & Bar. Very friendly instructors, lots of useful tips and fun. I believe because of this, we were able to ride the waves in our first surf lesson ever. Thank you so much for an amazing experience

Stayed at the hostel in a clean, calm and comfortable dorm room (Yoga), met great people and learned surf!

As a complete beginner, Mark game me valuable insights during our class. After surf was very nice with the other guests and volunteers.

Personally, I think this place has the best burritos in Taiwan! They are just super good.
We had to wait a little long to get them, but it is understandable as they are not many people in the kitchen.

One of my most memorable stays in Taiwan. This place is just magic. Lovely vibes & Friendly staffs. I will undoubtedly comeback here every time I visit Taiwan.

Marc is a great teacher and knows a hell-lot about surfing as well as Taiwanese culture. Learned a lot about waves, currents and other important theory on surfing - combined with some anecdotes on local peculiarities. Thanks and cheers!

Had the best time here, stopped for a few days whilst cycling Taiwan to enjoy the surf on offer. Mark and Yongyi are knowledgeable and kind hosts, they hooked me up with good boards considering the limited offering of equipment on the Taiwan market, gave me all the info on local spots and linked me up with locals to get to further breaks. Even when I snapped one of their boards (unfortunately) they were really reasonable about it. The vibe is sick and the accom is affordable, can’t wait to come back. Cheers WGLG.

Great spot for surf rentals and surf lessons, highly recommend. Mark and Yong Yi are the best!

Awesome place to live and rent surfboards from in Dulan!
For surf rentals, there's a very large selection of surfboards to choose from, from shortboards, 7 foots, longboards, foamies and hard boards, all at a very reasonable price (for Taiwan standards). I've tried some other rental places in Taitung and around Taiwan and I can definitely say that Wagaligong is the best I've seen so far (other shops often don't have as many choices and/or have boards that are in bad shape). They also have a shuttle service to the surf beaches which is really convenient; and the owners really know what they are talking about when it comes to surfing, windsurfing and SUP.
They also have a hostel which is quite fun to live in, affordable, with really nice views of the mountains and sea (especially from the rooftop!) and very conveniently located (the 7-11 nearby has some really tasty hot dogs!:) and there are many other restaurants nearby ofc). I've been living there on and off for over 2 months and I will surely be back again!

教練是外國人，教學非常生動有趣講話又幽默，凌晨上課也完全不會打瞌睡哈哈哈
教練也非常會講解，雖然每個人都是第一次學，但所有人都成功站起來好幾次，甚至能自己判斷浪！

衝浪課結束後還講解了台灣衝浪的歷史，以及非常非常重要且一生受用的水域安全知識！

臨時決定去月光海音樂會，一時找不到住處，旅伴在Agoda 隨手在哇軋力共定了雙人房。
待了兩晚，只能說，住過世界各地的青年旅館，香港、荷蘭、法國等等，甚至去年去了西藏，這裡的衛生指數倒數第一、第二。
上到二樓房間，打開蓋在床上的棉被，床單上居然都是頭髮，不是只有一根兩根，是一整片。旅伴拿出毛巾鋪著；而我則是使用當初去西藏備而不用的薄睡袋。
兩個人想想只是兩個晚上，將就一下就算了。
但是濕氣和霉氣充斥著多人共用的二樓廁所，牆面塗著欲蓋彌彰黑灰色的漆，無法久待。
炙熱夏天的花東，無法不洗澡，衝到一樓的洗手間，也是一言難盡的氣味與衛生條件。
離開之後我和旅伴才仔細看了評價，好評價都是針對衝浪課程，我們算不算是誤入叢林？
住宿服務，衛生對於住客或是在地主人，應該算是基本的禮貌與尊重，多人使用的公共空間，基本的清掃和衛生不容易維持，但是這是住宿服務最基本的吧？
這次旅行兩晚2308台幣，買到的慘痛經驗，根本就是逃著出來的，離開時兩個人都大大鬆了口氣，感謝回到人間。

I had such an amazing time staying at Wagaligong! The location is amazing, and my friend and I had the pleasure of doing a sunrise SUP tour with Yong yi (the host). It was LIFE CHANGING! Will 1000% return!

A great place to stay. I learned to surf, made lots of friends, and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Dulan. I will definitely come back.

I have found the Holy Grail of Mexican food in Taiwan. The cook is from San Francisco and she cooks what she calls Cali Mex. This is it folks. No more searching. It’s in Dulan, Taitung.

來都蘭一定要住的地方! 衝浪課程，墨西哥小酒吧，在這邊遇到很多酷人，每個小幫手都很有故事，可以聊聊。公共空間和房間很整齊乾淨，也有小廚房。住的背包房出門口就可以看到海。早上最喜歡在頂樓看著海邊刷牙，晚上有時候也可以看到很多星星。謝謝waga和小幫手!

民宿坐山面海，是個很chill、可以跟旅人和小幫手們交朋友的好地方。遇到的小幫手都很友善，去了一陣子認識以後還會一起去衝浪、烤肉、彈吉他、生營火。客廳和一樓公共空間有看到小幫手每天打掃，算是CP很高的民宿。

衝浪的部分：課程很實用又很生動，初學者可以上課學基本大海知識和動作，進階一點也可以租各種類型的板子下去練習。

Very competent consultation on surfing, great and engaging lessons, super friendly and helpful staff, also great Mexican food on the weekends.

Having this been my first ever time surfing it was a memorable experience. Mark and yong yi were unbelievable in terms of support and guidance. Would definitely recommend people to learn surfing and give it a go here!
