櫃檯人員非常專業親切，都會主動並適時給予幫助！已經入住很多次了，每次都讓人感到舒適。飯店人員非常貼心知道我怕吵，之前曾經反應過，之後我再住的時候都會盡量幫忙安排隔音好一點的房間！但因為建築結構的問題，難免還是會有吵雜的聲音，但已經很感謝他們的協助。
飯店地理位置很好！大廳及房間內也有補給品免費供應給旅客使用，真心推薦給到台北到旅客！

入住：2/2-2/3
。位置方便：離台北車站、機捷、京站轉運站都很近。附近也很多吃的，對面有麥當勞肯德基7-11，走路可以到寧夏夜市。

。房間：舒適乾淨，還有點心和水，床和枕頭很好睡。WIFI訊號很好，隔音也不錯，至少住了2天沒聽到什麼講話或電視聲。

。服務：有免費自助洗衣和烘衣，飲水機旁還有咖啡可可，有小點心，早上是麥片，下午是餅乾，晚上則是泡麵，怎麼可以這麼貼心完善。

。櫃檯：櫃檯人員服務都很好，一進門就好站起來打招呼親切的微笑，看到在大廳找東西也會主動詢問幫忙。
感謝櫃檯人員Ling、Jenny、Jay、Lily、Emma幾位給我們的親切服務與開心的旅程。
以後來台北首選會是這裡。

This Hotel is absolutely amazing!

The rooms are super clean and comfortable, my husband and I stayed for a few nights and we really enjoyed this hotel. Besides the fact the bed made me itchy, we checked all the blanks and couldn’t find anything but it was still confusing why I was getting itchy.

They have a free coffee and cold/hot teas in the main lobby kitchen, there is no traditional breakfast but they have a microwave for warming up your foods.

In terms of location, it has a lot of amazing coffee shops nearby that sell tea/freshly roasted coffee.

For food, there are a few places nearby. But if you want anything good you will need to walk. The nearest place is KFC and Seven Eleven.

房內衛浴設施還不錯洗手台以及鏡子是在衛浴外面，可以同時使用
房間窗戶正對馬路
住二樓可以聽到車聲
長安西路比較不會有大車經過所以可以接受
房內有迎賓零食，感覺還不錯
地點也算很方便，京站一出來就到
旁邊還有肯德基跟麥當勞
整體來說算是中等的選擇

Very disappointed in how they handled my situation.

I've stayed with them many times over the years, and granted I booked a non refundable room, but unfortunately something came up and I tried to cancel the room to even get a bit of a refund back. And they still wouldn't allow it.

Very disappointed.

硬體設施、服務都很不錯而且乾淨，值得讚許。
基本上要改進的部分是，房間隔音普通，凌晨被旅店的洗衣機或是機械運作聲音吵醒 (從浴室的方向) ，連續兩天。
除此之外，瑕不掩瑜，是一間值得再入住的旅店

The location is good and convenient. The staffs in the reception are very polite and friendly. The decoration of the room is special and cute. My husband and I really enjoy our stay there.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Location is perfect. Compared to my first stay, the room allocated to me this time was much better in quality, with a big window facing the main street. The black out curtains worked great. Excellent hot water and shower, especially the complimentary toiletries made from herbal formulas. Stable wi-fi. No breakfast but didn't bother me, as there's plenty of local food options around. Only point to improve is the aircon system ~ the city's temperature dipped the night i checked in, and i wasn't able to increase the aircon temperature, despite help from the friendly staff; hence, i kept the aircon switched off the whole stay.

地理位置很好，走路到台北轉運站才5分鐘。附近有麥當勞、肯德基、便利店，還有很多吃的。走路到寧夏夜市也才10分鐘而已。前台服務人員態度很好，店裡有提供微波爐，免費飲品，餅乾，早上還有沖泡式麥片，晚上10點後還有免費的泡麵。房間雖然不大，但乾淨整潔，也很安靜，是一間值得再次入住的旅店！！

一進門就看到床上有擺迎賓小點心，雖然這不用花多少錢，但就能讓人感受到飯店的誠意，房間風格也很乾淨大方，浴室採乾濕分離，盥洗用品都是馬鞭草的，草本味讓人很放鬆，備品是依必朗的，電視有數位以及藍光電影，唯一的小遺憾床邊沒有插座，比較不方便一點，其他的以這個價格、地理位置、服務品質是接近滿分

Enjoyed my 3 nights stay at City Inn Taipei Main Station Branch II during a recent solo trip. Pleased that there was plenty of natural lighting! Felt extremely safe and comfortable. Would return to this hotel and other City Inn hotels in Taiwan.

Cute hotel! Small rooms but clean, neat and fun! Great neighborhood as well. Definitely the best hotel at this price range I stayed in Taipei. Recommended!

飯店位置不錯，去搭高鐵/機場線也容易。房間光猛，習慣睡硬床的我們不太好睡，但明白床墊很難符合每人要求。飯店的設施真的很好，花灑水壓夠力溫度又夠，沖涼液香香的，樓下有 pantry，咖啡好喝，又有免費洗衣乾衣，真的很好。會推薦給朋友。

The hotel is within walking distance to Taipei M Station and the Ning Xia night market. Room is very clean, modern and quiet.

服務人員親切，房間明亮設備也很新和乾淨。以整體來說非常不錯！ 去了幾次，缺點是覺得床鋪沒有很乾淨，甚至有看到血漬⋯另外隔音很差，門外的動靜能聽的一清二楚，但只是短暫停留了一下，除此之外都很好。

4 star Inn with 5 star service. Extremely impressed with the Inn's staff and amenities. Definately will stay again and highly recommended. Worth every $$. Cheap and deserving of its 5star service.
