Slow wifi, no space for store clothing.
Staff offer wifi booster and clothes hangers immediately to fix issues. I am pleased with their good and friendly services.

Location is good, close to Taipei station. Room is very clean. Laundry service is a bonus. Staff is excellent, very helpful, especially Ms. O. Wu, she's awesome!

Nice n clean, check in is fast, front desk is very willing to help, have free self laundry, 7 min walk from airport mrt station, very handy.lots of eating place close by.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at City Inn III, especially for taking time to point out highlights and nearby food options on arrival and for preparing a self-guided itinerary! The room and bathroom were very clean and the on-demand film selection was great. If there was sound-proofing I would give you a 5 star review.

2nd time have been here. Staff is very friendly and doing their job well. Location is convenient and between 2 mrt station. Will stay here again in my next Taiwan trip.

Great simple hotel. Laundry service (self service) available. Have a little pantry with coffee and snacks. Very friendly and helpful staff

態度極差， 隔壁反應， 未查證之下，認定 房內 抽菸， 且態度惡劣， 是一種不禮貌的行為， 對住客來講感到受汙辱， 無證無據之下 便來電指責，除非房內有針孔並存證，否則憑什麼認定，花錢受氣，孰不可忍

The room I had wasn't exactly the best. But let me tell you, the service at CityInn III definitely covered everything else. The receptionists Sam and Henry were the friendliest receptionists I've ever met.

If you're planning to book a stay here, look out for them both! They were working the night shifts during my stay there.

Was in Taipei last week and stayed at CityInn Taipei Branch II. Great location, with KFC and MacDonald's just opposite of the hotel. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station accessible to MRT and Buses. Very Professional and Beautiful Polite Staffs whom were quick to attend to the needs of customers. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Taiwan.

Love this place. It was clean and simple. The cute walk painting was very nice. Cosy hotel. Friendly staffs and safe surrounding. There are nice eatery around and walking distance to NingXia night market. Would love to stay here again

Hotel is nice and people there is super friendly. The location is very convenient, there is lot of shop around, and the train station is just walking distance.

Nice place to stay in a central location with easy access to the rest of the city. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. Amenities were great too, with a communal fridge, free bottled water and snacks, Wi-Fi, free laundry and video om-demand. The decor was unique and cool. Our room had no windows so make sure you book one with windows if that's a requirement.

The place is tidy and clean with good value. Near to public transport. The staff here is nice amd helpful. Definitely will come back soon.

Great hotel for the price. Service was extremely good and staff was very friendly. Rooms are small, but modern and comfortable, and insulation is a problem as we heard people screaming from the upper levels watching the World Cup. However, would still recommend to anyone wanting comfortable accommodation in the city.

One of the best “business hotels” in Taipei. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient unless it is hot or raining. Wi-Fi is a little slow but bearable.

The location of the hotel is great which is 7-8 mins walk away from Taipei Main Station and Zhong Shan Station and you can access to Red, Blue and Green line. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is free Video On Demand and you will not be bored during the stay. I will definitely choose this Hotel again during my next stay in Taipei!
